We are truly very fond of this holiday home! Having been subject to a particularly refined restoration by its owners, it will captivate you with its top-of-the-range facilities, its impeccable touches, and the conviviality that it exudes.
This 4-star, large-capacity accommodation is perfect for families, who will find its five bedrooms and six bathrooms convenient, along with the different spaces that will enable everyone to do what they like. The living room is a cosy place for getting together and spending quality time while the very fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing tasty meals. Kids of any age will love the basement games room where a giant table football game takes centre stage to initiate uncontrollable laughter and super moments together.
If more than one family is staying together, you’ll no doubt appreciate the fact that the second floor is set up to function as a completely independent space! This floor, equipped with a second kitchen and a second living room, will be welcome for those who wish to isolate themselves a little or take things at a slightly different pace from the rest of the group…
This farmhouse also has a simply perfect location. It’s next to a very quiet trail and you’ll enjoy the spacious garden at any time of the year. In particular, its panoramic view over the Herve Plateau is delightful. As with the house, a great deal of attention has been paid to the garden to ensure it is loved by all. The pétanque court is the perfect spot to enjoy your apéritifs, the football pitch will thrill parents and kids alike, and the water feature will lull you to sleep with its soothing sound.
This house is located in the province of Liège on the edge of the Herve Plateau, a few kilometres from Aubel and its Sunday market.
We recommend the following family activities in the region: Blegny Mine to learn about the region’s history, Lou Emoi to explore it on two wheels, or Segway Adventure.
Golfers will be grateful for the proximity of the Henri-Chapelle Golf and Country Club.
You can spend a winter afternoon visiting Paintball Verviers or Laser Game Verviers. On the way, stop by La Chocolaterie de Darcis, where delicious sweet treats will tantalise your taste buds.

Gîte magnifique , décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confort , super bien équipé ...au calme . Sans parler de l'accueil des propriétaires Antoine et Josiane; de leur dévouement pour leurs locataires , ...Super chouette long week end en famille pour nous ....ATTENTION , toute fois aux dates des rallyes ...Nous avons été bloqués au gîte le samedi , tous les accès extérieurs étant fermés ...MAIS nos proprios se sont décarcassés pour nous dépanner pour le ravitaillement ...Mille mercis à eux.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, gut erreichbar per Telefon / WhatsApp. Das Haus ist wunderschön restauriert und sehr schön und ruhig in der Natur gelegen. Das Haus hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, ist dass in jedem Raum mindestens ein Fenster einen Insektenschutz hat. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We hebben met 10 personen genoten van een zalig WE in dit mooi vakantiehuis en de mooie omgeving . Genoten van de wandelingen. in het huis is alles voorzien . Keuken zeer goed. Living zeer goed. Genoeg zitplaatsen in alle ruimtes. Zalig terras ,2 tuintafels .veel tuinstoelen. Grote tuin . Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn net en voorzien van al het nodige. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Goede ontvangst. Zalig vakantiehuis. Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Warm onthaal, vriendelijke behulpzame toch discrete gastheer/vrouw; mooi huis, goed uitgerust, alles aanwezig, schitterende ligging. Ruime kamers, propere en badkamer. Mooie verzorgde grote tuin. Groot terras met luifel. Heel veel speelruimte voor de kinderen en ook veel speelgoed beschikbaar! Kortom een heel fijne week doorgebracht met een grote familie waaronder 4 kinderen en een hond?

Prachtige authentieke woning met historisch verhaal. Aangepast aan alle moderne noden, hoogwaardige materialen, prima uitgerust voor grote gezelschappen. Mooie tuin met ligstoelen, gezellig terras. Op weg naar ons verblijf werden we aangenaam verrast door de mooie omgeving. Bij aankomst volgde een warm en vriendelijk onthaal in een prachtige vakantiewoning. Pluspunt was de info over de bezienswaardigheden in de streek en de vele aanwezige documentatie. Een leuke verrassing was de verwelkoming met enkele streekproducten.

Zeer warm onthaal van de eigenaars, stonden zelfs streekgerechten klaar voor ons. Zeer mooi onderhouden woning. Iedere slaapkamer had privébadkamer incl. toilet. Prachtig gelegen, mooie tuin, ideaal voor kinderen en honden. Absolute aanrader!

Super vakantiehuis! We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de lieve eigenaars. Het huis is zeer rustig en mooi gelegen, wat een instant vakantiegevoel geeft. Binnen is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Nog nooit in een huis geweest waar het keuken materiaal zo tip top was. Het huis is ook zeer ruim en gezellig ingericht. Het vogel thema dat overal weerkeert, toverde vaak een glimlach op ons gezicht. We hebben er super van genoten, dank je wel voor het aangename verblijf.

Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et de bons conseils. Le lieu et l'infrastructure sont parfaits pour les familles et bien sécurisés pour les animaux. La propriété est super bien entretenue et beaucoup de balades à faire de lieux à visiter. Tout est prévu pour les enfants au niveaux de jeux aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Perfecte vakantiewoning. Net, inrichting simpel maar met mooi afgewerkte materialen. Zeer degelijke keuken. Mooie afgesloten tuin en heel veel speel mogelijkheden voor kinderen. Heel veel parkeerplek. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt en heel vriendelijk onthaal door de eigenaars, die beide Nederlands spraken.

Séjour au top ! Maison magnifique, rénovée avec goûts. la décoration est choisie avec soin. Chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de douche (très appréciable). Idéal pour louer à plusieurs familles ou entre amis. Propriétaires disponibles et aux petits soins. Nos animaux de compagnie ont été accueillis adorablement (gamelles, essuis, jeux à disposition). Les enfants ont appréciés le coin "jeu" à la cuisine et la tyrolienne et le trampoline dans le jardin. Jardin totalement clôturé (sécurité)

Heel fijn huis. Wij huren elk jaar een huis. Dit huis komt zeker in onze top 3. Eigenlijk was alles boven gemiddeld. De eigenaar mag trots zijn op dit mooie huis wat met sfeer en liefde is verbouwd. Ben wel benieuwd, eigenaar gaf aan dat de deur in de keuken een defect vertoont, wij hebben de deur niet gebruikt kunnen dus ook niks kapot gemaakt hebben.
