The main living area features a comfortable living room with pellet stove and a very spacious and inviting dining room, which opens up to the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, your Ardennes-Etape holiday rental boasts three cosy bedrooms decorated with great taste, where you will spend some pleasant nights in a peaceful haven. Additionally, one of the two bathrooms, which are modern and functional, is private.
For your comfort, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine at your disposal. Also, some baby equipment is available so you can better enjoy a pleasant stay with your little ones.
Outside, the farmhouse feaures a beautiful private garden with an area of 2000m². There you will find a terrace where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while enjoying the views on the surrounding countryside. Nous avons passé un weekend fantastique dans cette maison avec deux couples d’amis (nous étions 6). La maison est magnifiquement propre, très bien située, avec un beau jardin, tout était parfait ! Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire : il nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin, avec beaucoup de disponibilité et de bienveillance. Heerlijke vakantie gehad in fijn huis met mooie grote tuin. Ontvangst door eigenaar erg hartelijk, wel lastig dat we wat last hadden van een taalbarrière. Huis overwegend in erg goede staat en de pelletkachel gaf gezellige warmte af. Prachtige omgeving, veel mooie wandelgebieden in de buurt. Het enige wat wij misten -maar dat wisten we van te voren uiteraard- was een ligbad en de elektrische kookplaat stelt je geduld op de proef.

Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen wat betreft het huis, zwembad en de tuin. Groot schoon net onderhouden huis met alle voorzieningen. Goede comfortabele bedden drie mooie slaapkamers. Nette ruimte met wasmachine, schoonmaak spullen, 2x kinderstoelen van IKEA en waar het afval duidelijk gesorteerd kon worden zonder stankoverlast ervan te ondervinden. Het zwembad was top goed onderhouden mooie ligstoelen ideaal voor verkoeling tijdens de warme dagen. Prima verblijf met of zonder kinderen

Helemaal top! Een geweldig mooi en zeer schoon huis met een prachtige tuin en groot zwembad. Fantastische plek voor de kinderen. De eigenaar is oprecht aardig en zeer gastvrij. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Een zeer mooi verzorgd huis. Grote mooie tuin. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Zwembad beschikbaar en vrij groot. Beetje lawaai van de straat in de tuin en in de voorste slaapkamer als minpuntje.

We hebben een hele fijne week achter de rug in deze mooie, gerieflijke woning. In de tuin was het aangenaam vertoeven en in het zwembad heerlijk plonzen. De watertemperatuur was lekker warm, dus met ietwat kouder weer konden we toch wel plonzen.
