There is an ensuite bedroom for two guests on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You also have access to the spacious balcony and its stunning view over the surrounding nature. Outside, you’ll also have use of a private garden with outdoor games and a covered patio.

Given its location a few hundred metres from HouffaBike, take the opportunity to explore Houffalize, the capital of mountain biking.

Children will love the play paradise that is Houtopia. A round of farmer’s golf can also be arranged at the Ferme de la Planche or you can observe the enormous quadrupeds at the Bison Farm.

Het huis was groot, netjes, zoals op de foto's. En buiten was het helemaal fantastisch. Extra ruimte (kelder) om de kinderen lekker herrie te laten maken..en aan alles was gedacht zoals beddengoed, keukengerei, servies extra koelkast etc...

Mooi vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie net buiten Houffalize. Voor 10 volwassenen is het wat krap, gezien de 2 stapelbedden en te weinig zitplekken op de banken in de woonkamer. Maar voor families met 4 kinderen / jongeren is het prima. Tips: horren voor de ramen tegen de insecten en wat haakjes voor handdoeken in de keuken en badkamers. Wastafels bij de toiletten zouden ook handig zijn. De wasmachine was helaas stuk, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. We hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad.

We waren met acht mensen en een week was eigenlijk te kort... een leuk huis met een schitterend uitzicht, en een mooi terras. Mooi grasveld om te voetballen en een potje croquet te doen. Zelfs het burlen vd herten kon je horen! Wel hadden we wat geluidsoverlast omdat t net dat weekend carnaval was. Leuk om in Houffalize rond te kijken. Vooral bij de tank was het erg indrukwekkend. Ook mooie dingen in de buurt te doen, zoals kayakken in La Roche. Jammer dat ons weekje zo snel ging!

Het is ons zeer goed bevallen . Uutzicht is geweldig en een mooie tuin. Alle voorzieningen zijn in de buurt. Ook de fietsen verhuur Houffa Bike op 10 minuten loop afstand met goede E bikes. Voor ons de tweede keer en we zeker volgend jaar weer terug.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf . Mooi uitzicht , rustige ligging en veel wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt . Alle comfort is aanwezig . Het huis is sober maar degelijk ingericht .

Het was een zeer net groot huis met alles aanwezig nette grootte kamers. Grootte tuin voor de kids en heel mooi uitzicht. Voor de wandelaars vertrek er vlak aan het huisje een heel mooie wandeltocht door bos weiden en langs het water. Ons weekendje was zeer geslaagd. En de verhuurdrrs waren heel vriendelijke mensen en wonen vlakbij dus gemakkelijk als er problemen zouden zijn. Wat bij ons niet nodig was.verschillende leuke uitstappen binnen 20 min.

Fantastisch huis, schitterende ligging. Genoten van het mooie uitzicht. Het huis is super schoon, en prima ingericht. Heerlijk ruim, we waren met 8 personen. Heel vriendelijke eigenaren.
