This wonderful holiday home in the region of Houffalize, is pleasantly furnished, making it perfect for spending quality time with family. You’ll no doubt enjoy unwinding in the living room in the evenings. It has a TV and a radio-CD player. A wireless internet connection is available throughout the house.
Everything is provided and well organised in the small kitchen so that you can prepare your meals: electric hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, soup blender, and a percolator.
The three bedrooms are peaceful. You’ll spend comfortable and quiet nights in them! The house has two bathrooms, one of which is private with a shower and washbasin. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
The communal garden is partly enclosed. The BBQ grill awaits you for the preparation of fantastic Ardennes dishes while your children entertain themselves in the garden.
This house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
The region has many options for interesting tourist activities. You’ll be in Achouffe in just 16 minutes and be able to visit the famous Brasserie d’Achouffe. This village is in the Deux Orthes Nature Reserve. The nature reserve covers an area of 76,000 hectares and spans 6 municipalities (Bertogne, Gouvy, Houffalize, La Roche, Sainte-Ode, and Tenneville). Come and explore this amazing reserve and see its flora and fauna.
Houffalize is also well known for being popular with mountain biking enthusiasts in Belgium. Houffabike gives you the opportunity to try out six trails, which range in difficulty from easy to challenging.

Deel van gezamenlijke woning/tuin, gelegen in een klein dorpje kort, een aanrader voor rustzoekers en wandelaars. Heel veel uitgestippelde wandelingen vanuit het dorpje zelf of dorpen kortbij. Als huurder van de vakantiewoning mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van de broodjesservice van de dichtbij gelegen camping (april tot eind september) waar ook iets kan worden gegeten of gedronken (super vriendelijk en gezellig).

Heerlijk huis, alles erop en eraan... Warme ontvangst door eigenaren! In engreux is niets te beleven, maar er zijn vele fantastische wandelingen te plannen. Het is een enorm gevarieerd gebied, heerlijk afkoelen bij de Ourthe... Bij thuiskomst genieten in de tuin ... Wij hebben een topweek beleefd samen met onze hond!

Het vakantiehuis was aangenaam ingericht (en zeer goed geisoleerd). Er was geen geluid van de buren (naast of onder). De gedeelde tuin was voorzien van tafels en ligstoelen voor ieder.

Zeer oprecht vriendelijk ontvangst. Leuk verblijf gehad in een prachtige omgeving, ideaal voor fikse wandelingen. Hond vriendelijk, mits uiteraard de bijhorende eigen opkuis. Slaapkamers en leefruimte van de nummer 5 zijn ruim voldoende voor een langer verblijf en zijn goed verzorgd. Voldoende keuken materiaal aanwezig. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon s?jour.

2ème séjour dans ce gîte qui convient parfaitement à toute la famille. L'accueil est toujours très agréable et la situation du gîte est excellente, au calme. Beaucoup de balades possibles dans le village. Le gîte ne manque de rien et le jardin est très agréable en été comme en hiver.
