It has 12 bedrooms, including a private apartment with bunkbeds, 10 bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. Three baby beds and two highchairs are also available. Three comfortable lounge areas, two with cassette-style hearths and one with a wood-burning stove, are ideal places for a well-earned rest after a day spent outdoors. A games room, with table tennis and table football, is there for evenings of fun for young and old alike. Enjoy a panoramic view of nature at every meal thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling window in thelarge dining room. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a 10-ring induction hob, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 dishwashers, a Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, and an electric kettle. We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf achter de rug met 13 volwassenen en 13 kinderen. Het huis is voorzien van alle nodige comfort, zowel de keukenuitrusting, de living, als de slaapkamers en badkamers. Ook van de extra ontspanningsruimte met pingpongtafel en kickertafel hebben we veel gebruik gemaakt. Het wasmachine was een welkom pluspunt na de modderige herfstwandelingen. Het huis heeft ook een prachtig uitzicht en is op wandelafstand van winkels en bakker.

Prachtige woonst: werkelijk alles is aanwezig om een zorgeloze vakantie door te brengen. De keuken is super uitgerust (2 koelkasten, 2 inductie kookplaten, 4 ovens, voldoende borden, kopjes, bestek, ...) We mochten de woning vooraf bezoeken om een inschatting te kunnen maken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, en goede communicatie. Wij hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad mede door dit uitzonderlijk mooie vakantiewoning.

Ons familieweekend in Houffalize was meer dan geslaagd dank zij het prachtige nette huis met alles erop en eraan en de mooie omgeving Wij komen zeker terug en zullen het zeker aanbevelen. Spijtig dat we geen kennis hebben kunnen nemen met de eigenaars.

subliem in alle facetten : kamers met eigen badkamer en toilet, prachtige grote keuken met alles op en aan (2 vaatwassers, 2 frigo's met diepvriezer......) interieur heel modern, hout voor de houtkachels is aanwezig en gratis. De villa is ook op wandelafstand gelegen bij de wandelroutes en het gezellige centrum .

Heel mooi huis. Mooie wandelingen. Gemakkelijk inchecken. Goede contacten met de eigenaar via whatsapp. Keuken en leefruimte op eerste verdiep. Dus wel trap op met al je eetwaren. Prachtige goed onderhouden vakantiewoning. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een opmerking is dat op de website staat dat je 2 persoonsbeddengoed kan meenemen voor maat 160, terwijl de bedden 180 zijn.

Genoten van een prettig weekend met de ganse familie. Vlak bij het centrum van Houffalize, maar toch zeer rustig gelegen, is deze villa een absolute aanrader. Alles tip top in orde en zeer functioneel. Ook de praktische afspraken met de gastheer waren "to the point" en maakte dat alles vlot is verlopen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Venus de Belgique et du grand duché de Luxembourg ,nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille.Nous étions quatre générations de 2ans à 87 ans.Tout était parfait. Apres la découverte d’Houffalize,nous avons profité des jolis bois des Ardennes.A la demande générale nous sommes partant pour revenir une autre fois.En été,ce serait encore plus agréable pour profiter des magnifiques terrasses et de la vue imprenable .

Zeer nette en moderne vakantiewoning. Is nog zeer nieuw en voorzien van alle gemakken, goed meubilair. Uitermate geschikt voor grote groepen. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, volop servies en kookgerei. Pluspunt: Er zijn naast 1 persoons dekbedden ook 8 2 persoons dekbedden. Klein nadeel is dat er nergens traphekjes zijn.
