This prestige villa in Houffalize is to be found in a green setting, just 500 meters away from a small river. Built at the dawn of the 2000’s, it was entirely renovated in 2017. It is now a 4.5 star holiday villa perfect for family holidays in the province of Luxembourg. It is equipped with a wireless internet connection and is primarily meant for family groups. The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors and provide enough space for each guest. The rest of the house consists of the living areas, including a large sitting room with open kitchen, where you will surely share most convivial moments. You will also have a sauna for 6 persons, a fitness room, a pool table and a football table at your disposal! The children will also have their own play area. The private garden is partially enclosed. You will be able to enjoy the covered and heated swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi on the terrace. If you like ball games, you will even find a petanque ground.
Houffalize is known as the Belgian capital of mountain biking. If you would rather opt for a more peaceful activity, you may rent an electric bicycle at EMTB’s. Ard’Enjoy offers electric scooter outings in the Belgian Ardennes. As far as the children are concerned, they will surely appreciate a day at Houtopia, 13 km away, or at the Chlorophylle park, 14 km away. If you wish to discover some local products, do not miss the Achouffe brewery or the Darcis chocolate factory.

Groot huis met heel veel faciliteiten en een fantastische tuin: zwembad, jacuzzi, BBQ ruimte, allerlei spelen voor ieders wat wils Maar je merkt wel dat dit huis intens gebruikt wordt. Sommige deuren kunnen een likje verf gebruiken, veel piepende deuren, toestellen die niet werken. Poetsen kon beter. De tafel in de living is mooi maar veel te breed: je kan aan tafel niets doorgeven zonder recht te staan en je te begeven naar de andere kant.

prachtig en rustig gelegen huis met een hulpvaardige en vriendelijke eigenaar. De grote tafel vonden wij weinig praktisch maar al de rest was prima in orde !!!

Mooi huis met geweldige faciliteiten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vooral het zwembad is super. Er waren een paar lampen stuk, maar dat was geen probleem. Ik zou alleen een smart tv willen toevoegen aan het huis om het compleet te maken.

Zeer mooi en ruim vakantiehuis, alles aanwezig in de keuken, alle slaapkamers met een aangrenzende sanitaire ruimte, veel activiteiten ter plaatse aanwezig zodat je niet perse van huis moet, mooie tuin met buitenkeuken. Enkel in de tuin zou een afsluiting rond het vijvertje veiliger zijn voor de kinderen.

Een groot huis met goede keuken, prachtige tuin met buitenkeuken en zwembad. Kleine tip :misschien parasols voorzien om bij het zwembad een beetje schaduw te krijgen. We hebben in ieder geval een zalig verblijf gekend!

Het prachtigste decor ever, en wij komen al 25 jaar naar de Ardennen.Ligging en inrichting waren geweldig.Alle kamers hadden privébadkamer. De keuken was helemaal in orde. Het aantal spellen voor de kinderen maar ook voor de volwassenen was niet te tellen. En dan de buiten...ongelooflijk, spijtig dat we hier putteke winter verbleven. Het is nog mooier en authentieker dan op de web-site. Ook de zeer goede bakkerij vlakbij was een geweldige plus. Kortom fantastisch huis.

Helemaal top, huis en tuin zijn super, zwembad + jacuzzi zijn fantastisch, overkapping buiten is erg gezellig bij mooi weer. Keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamers zijn prima in orde. Klein minpuntje waren de pingpong tafel die eigenlijk niet meer te gebruiken is en de fitness ruimte is wat verouderd. Wij hadden prachtig weer en er erg genoten. Ontvangst en service was prima, we hebben twee keer moeten bellen voor een vraagje en beide keren werd er direct opgenomen en goed geholpen.
