In the midst of a beautiful hilly area, just a few kilometres away from Huy, one of the wings of the Baya Castle has been converted into a holiday cottage and awaits you for an enchanting stay. With its seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, this spacious accommodation is ideal for group stays. You will find comfortable living areas and a very well equipped kitchen. Your children will enjoy the two games rooms available, equipped with table football and Ping-Pong table. They will also have fun outside where there are swings, a sandbox and even a petanque terrain. Private parking with 10 spots is at your disposal.
Cycling is an excellent way to visit the region and discover all its natural jewels, it is strongly recommended to go to B.Cycl in Huy, where you can rent mountain bikes and road bikes. There are signposted trails from the rental point and you can also choose to be accompanied by a guide. In Huy, you can also visit the Notre-Dame collegiate church, built between the 14th and 15th century. And, also near your accommodation, a visit to the Castle of Modave is a must. Plus, the majestic surrounding area will charm you. You can even find a restaurant in the outbuildings of the castle. Among the natural wonders of the region, the Bocq Valley is worth a visit and you can explore it aboard a tourist train that travels through the heart of the valley offering breath-taking panoramas.

Een groot huis met veel slaapplekken. Fijn dat er twee fornuizen, twee koelkasten en twee vaatwassers waren. Echter was het huis niet schoon, we hebben de keuken moeten poetsen en het servies afgewassen voor gebruik. De traphekjes waren kapot, de televisie deed het niet en het kinderbedje was te smerig om er een kind in te leggen. Pas op met de drukke weg waar heel hard wordt gereden, deze moet je oversteken om naar de tuin te gaan.

Mooi huis, enkel jammer dat sommige matrassen echt van slechte kwaliteit zijn. Ook het feit dat je enkel kan buiten zitten aan een tafel dat niet overdekt is, is jammer. Ook binnenkoer is klein. Wel positief dat kinderen aan de overkant kunnen spelen.

bâtiment ancien mais bien conçu et équipé pour un grand groupe familial. Literie moyenne, salle à manger bien équipée, salon avec suffisamment de sièges et divans (certains ont vraiment fait leur temps...), cuisine super bien équipée (2 lave-vaisselles, 2 frigos, 2 congélateurs, 2 taques de cuisson). cour extérieure très fermée serait mieux avec une table en plus, salles de jeux bien équipée

We hebben hier een goede tijd gehad met de familie. De buiten gedeeltes waren echter behoorlijk vuil en niet zo goed onderhouden. Omdat spelen op de binnenkoer niet was toegestaan voor kinderen moesten zij steeds een gevaarlijke weg oversteken naar een nogal onderkomen speeltuin. De buitenruimte voor de 'volwassenen' is een kleine koer waar we ons nogal opgesloten voelde in tegenstelling tot de prachtige foto's met veel ruimte van het hele domein.

Heel tof vakantiehuis om met kinderen naar toe te gaan: je kan er binnen spelen op de speelkamer en er is een uitgebreide speeltuin. Enig minpunt: je kinderen mag je niet alleen naar de tuin laten gaan om te spelen want ze moeten er een straat voor over steken. Maar wij waren hier heel tevreden. Ook een mooie streek om te verkennen!

We hebben met 16 mensen een heerlijk weekend gehad! Lekker veel ruimte en vooral de faciliteiten in de keuken waren erg prettig met 2 vaatwassers en 2 koelkasten/vriezers. De ontvangst was zeer prettig en Claude is zeer attent! Voor Ardennes-Etape een kleine tip: We hadden netjes alles mee van de paklijst, maar dit was echt niet nodig geweest; een handdoek en kussensloop, hoes en dekbedhoes was echt voldoende geweest!

Geweldig comfortabel en compleet. Mooie ligging. Mooie omgeving. We waren hier in januari dus hebben geen gebruik gemaakt vsn de tuin. Huis was aangenaam warm en we konden gezellig houtvuur maken.
