Located in a small farming village, this 3.5 star holiday home for seven people was once the school master's house. The owners wanted to renovate it while maintaining its unique character. The living room features exposed beams and a beautiful wooden staircase that leads up to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms with impeccable finishes. The upper floor also has a reading area that will delight older children. Outside, the house has a pleasant fenced terrace and a garden that surrounds the house, offering on the backside a very nice view on the neighbouring countryside.
Situated less than 2 km away from the charming village of Nadrin and 4 km away from the village of Wibrin, this 3.5 star holiday home for up to seven people is perfect to explore those remote areas of the Ardennes that you might never had the opportunity to visit. Do you love craft beers? The Achouffe Brewery will open its doors for you to taste its delicious beers brewed with great knowledge. To get the most out of the countryside, go to the Guides' Office to get an explanation of the different walks and excursions available in the vicinity of your holiday home. And for more relaxed days, there are several tourist activities at your disposal to increase your general culture: the Museum of the Battle of the Ardennes, the La Roche Castle, the Park Chlorophylle, or even Houtopia in Houffalize.

Dit huis kunnen we zeker aanraden, het was er heel schoon en de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. De combinatie van oude elementen in het huis maakt het uniek. Buiten in de omheinde tuin konden de kinderen lekker spelen. Ook de aparte speelkamer was erg plezierig. Het ligt alleen in een erg klein dorp, waardoor voorzieningen wat verder weg lagen. Dit was niet geheel duidelijk op de website van Ardenne Etappes.

Het is mooie, karakteristieke woning van bijna 150 jaar oud. De woning is gerestaureerd en gemoderniseerd en daardoor van alle gemakken voorzien. Zowel La Roche-en-Ardenne als Achouffe is met de auto binnen een kwartier te bereiken. De directe omgeving van de woning biedt een prachtige natuur met veel bossen, heuvels en beken. Men kan hier naar hartenlust fietsen, wandelen, kajakken, grotten bezoeken etc. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een afwisselende vakantie in de Ardennen.

Wat een fijne plek! Allereerst is de locatie super; dicht bij verschillende trail routes en dicht bij leuke plaatsjes. In en rondom het huis ontbreekt het aan niets en aan alles is gedacht. - Speelkamer met speelgoed voor de kinderen / traphekje / verschoningskussen en kinderstoel / in de tuin een groot speeltoestel met glijbaan en verschillende schommels. - In de keuken is alles aanwezig, zelfs 3 verschillende koffiezetapparaten! Alles wordt door de eigenaren ontzettend goed bijgehouden.

Vakantiehuis was werkelijk fantastisch, zeer mooie omgeving alsook een super leuk huis voor familie en vrienden. Heel kleine opmerking de donsdekens van het 1 persoonsbed was wat klein uitgevallen, aangezien er iemand bij was over 1m92. Is maar een tip, alles was dik in orde!!

Ideaal gelegen woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Bakker in Nadrin, wandelen in de buurt, een museumbezoek in Bastogne, eten in Houffalize, Wibrin of La Roche... Patricia, bedankt voor de fijne ontvangst! Gîte tout confort idéalement situé à Bérisménil. Boulangerie située tout près (à Nadrin), des promenades à faire dans les environs directs, visite de musées à Bastogne et un bon repas à Houffalize, Wibrin ou La Roche... Un week-end d'automne parfait. Merci à Patricia pour son accueil!

Alles oké, Voldoende keuken materiaal aanwezig, proper. De zit ruimte is wat aan de kleine kant voor 7/8personen. Het is een half open bebouwing. Er grenst aan andere vakantiewoningen aan. Pellets zijn enkel in de winter te gebruiken.

De vakantiewoning is heel mooi en gezellig ingericht door de lieve eigenaars die naast de vakantiewoning wonen. Bij aankomst was het huis al verwarmd en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen met een goede uitleg. Ideaal gelegen om mooie wandelingen en uitstapjes te doen in de buurt. Zeker een aanrader.

Tijdens de hele kerstvakantie schalt er overdag onophoudelijk kerstmuziek door de luidsprekers van de kerk - hoorbaar in het hele - overigens super sympathieke - dorp van Berismenil maar ook tot ver in de bossen rondom. daar heeft op zich de eigenaar of het huis niets mee te maken maar is voor ons een belangrijke factor om niet evt opnieuw daarheen te gaan in de kerstvakantie.
