This lovely countryside house is to be found in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, near La Roche-en-Ardenne and Hotton. It looks like a small castle and it is perfect to spend family holidays in a beautiful and relaxing setting. It was tastefully decorated and the living areas are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living areas, like the comfortable and warm sitting room equipped with a wood stove. The dining room and the kitchen are perfectly equipped and will allow the whole group to get together around a delicious meal. On the first floor, you will find the bathrooms, the laundry room and the separate toilet while the second floor hosts the 2 bedrooms (away from the living areas). This holiday cottage will allow you to enjoy great family holidays! The exterior of this vacation home is also a great asset. The 750 m² non-enclosed garden and the 150m² terrace will undoubtedly make for pleasant summer evenings. And while you will be relaxing, your children will be able to play on the swing or the trampoline. And you will also have 3 parking spaces at your disposal for your vehicles.
This holiday rental is to be found near several tourist points. You will be able to visit the charming town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, for example. If you like History, you will surely enjoy visiting its feudal castle dating back to the 9th century. You will also be close to Hotton and its well-known caves. Wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung über zweieinhalb Etagen mit viel Platz, Teil einer Villa von 1900, in einem Park mit alten Bäumen gelegen. Idyllisches Dorf. Sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter.

In de basis goed genoeg. Het was bekend dat het een gedeelte van de woning is. Wat ik als vervelend ervaarde was het gebrek aan isolatie. Woonkamer andere deel grenst aan hal, door oude bouwstijl erg gehorig. En het is een komen en gaan van auto's, en mensen die langs of rond het huis lopen.

Wij hebben een fantastische week achter de rug! De locatie is uitstekend. Dichtbij vele toeristische activiteiten, maar ook te midden van de natuur. Het huis is goed voorzien voor een verblijf met jonge kinderen (verschoontafel, badje, kinderstoelen, speelgoed,....)Voor ons waren de vele parkeerplaatsen een groot pluspunt! 1 voor de auto, 1 voor aanhangwagen en 1 voor oldtimer waar we heerlijke ritjes mee hebben kunnen maken! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid! Wij komen graag terug ;)

Gîte confortable dans un superbe cadre, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont répondu à tous nos besoins. La maison est tout à fait bien équipée, nous avons apprécié la présence de la machine à laver et d'une buanderie qui ont facilité notre séjour. L'emplacement du lieu est idéal pour une famille (proximité avec la rivière, boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants et bancontact). La maison dispose d'un très beau jardin où il est plaisant de se balader. La literie est excellente.

Sfeervolle grote karakteristieke woning. Mooie tuin, ook stuk omheind wat praktisch is met hond. Toilet is boven, dat is niet zo praktisch als je slecht ter been bent.

Bijzonder mooi ruim stijlvol en charmant huis met een fijne sfeer; leuke details. Authentiek ingericht, fijne houtkachel passend bij de sfeer van het huis. Prima bed. Parkachtige tuin grenzend aan riviertje met diverse zitjes. Rondscharrelende kippen en af en toe de hondjes van de eigenaar. Direct vanuit t huis zijn diverse mooie wandelingen te maken. Aardige eigenaars en vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij komen zelden ergens voor een tweede keer, maar bij dit huis overwegen wij t wel!

We werden goed ontvangen. Wat we niet wisten was dat er een mogelijkheid bestond dat de woning gedeeld moest worden. Er werd ons gezegd dat we privé zouden zitten maar toch kwamen er onverwacht gasten. Dit werd ook niet op voorhand meegedeeld. Alles is heel gehorig. Voor toilet moet je altijd de trap op. De tuin mag volledig gebruikt worden echter steken de honden daar een stokje voor. Onze kinderen waren echt bang. Er is een stukje omheinde tuin voorzien maar dit is niet gezellig. Goed voor 1x.

We hebben (samen met onze hond) een fantastische week gehad in dit prachtige huis! Als je met hond komt zijn er wel een paar dingen om rekening mee te houden: - Er wonen andere honden aan de tuin die stevig kunnen blaffen - Er lopen kippen en soms andere honden los in de tuin - De tuin is niet afgesloten, mijn hond moest dus altijd aan de lijn blijven - De hond die los loopt poept ook in de tuin, dit wordt niet opgeruimt Voor ons allemaal geen probleem maar wel goed om te weten!

Super gezellig ingericht, in de keuken alles aanwezig, vele mooie wandelroutes vlakbij, hartelijke ontvangst! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
