This group accommodation is located on a vast property of 5 hectares! Situated in a dazzling setting, it also offers a high level of comfort thanks to the sauna, to very comfortable bedrooms and their private bathrooms as well as a pleasant living area.
This self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Ardennes welcomes 15 persons in the province of Liège. It counts 4 stars and guarantees a successful stay to its guests, thanks to the vast grass area, where lies a large pond in which you can take a dip. The rental includes six bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located on the basement level. Each bedroom has a direct access to the garden and the nice wooden terrace with a ping-pong table. The ground floor includes one bedroom with a private bathroom, and a large living area comprising a kitchen with all amenities to prepare big meals, and a dining room capable of welcoming everybody to share privileged moments around the tables. Two living rooms are there as well, one with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and bathrooms.
Moreover, the holiday cottage offers an outdoor sauna to ensure you great relaxing moments, as well as a petanque pitch. You can have fun in the fenced garden of this modern house, and enjoy the pond in the summer days. But if you wish to leave the house for a while to discover the surroundings, it is also possible because it offers numerous activities!
The touristic city of La Roche-en-Ardenne is located 4 kilometers away and is a real jewel of the Ardennes. Do you wish to work out and have fun? Brandsport Adventure & Teambuilding is for you! There, you can discover the techniques of climbing, abseiling, and much more. Discover La Roche-en-Ardenne on the tourist train! Visit the region’s castles, such as the La Roche Castle. And go to the Achouffe Brewery and don’t forget to taste the famous beer!

Het huis was zeer goed en de ontvangst van de gastheer was uitstekend. Ik kreeg een goede rondleiding en uitleg bij het inchecken
Superbe gîte, spacieux et confortable, situé dans un site exceptionnel, dont les vastes terrasses surplombant l'un des deux étangs permettent de jouir du soleil du matin au soir. Excellentes informations fournies préalablement par les propriétaires, qui sont charmants et tout à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Ce gîte est situé en pleine nature, avec pour seuls voisins les moutons, ainsi que canards, oies, et quelques poules, tout en étant à quelques encablures à peine de La Roche-en-ardenne.
Maison et endroit superbe. Chambres parfaites et salles de bain bien équipées. Cuisine bien. Jardin et accès peut être amélioré.

Nette woning met veel ruimte voor alle personen. Mooie sauna in de tuin aanwezig. Super complete keuken en een BBQ aanwezig. Leuke wandelroutes in de omgeving, die ook gelamineerd in het huis aanwezig zijn. Als bonus kwam de poes van de eigenaar dagelijks langs om even gedag te zeggen, heel gezellig!
Het is een aangenaam gerieflijk huis maar vooral de ligging is prachtig.
De tuin was absoluut adembenemend! Zalig om te zwemmen in de vijver! Omgeving is heel rustgevend, onze vriendengroep ging steeds om 22h naar binnen om de buurt niet te storen met muziek en dat ging perfect. Er zijn knuffel- en wilde schapen, kippen etc. Heel netjes en alles aanwezig (zelfs blikopener!).
Zeer mooi gelegen en goed uitgeruste site. Prachtige omgeving, ideaal voor een familiebijeenkomst.
Superhuis, prachtige locatie, goed onderhouden, volledig uitgeruste keuke, vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie omgeving. Een aanrader!
Het was een heel mooie plek, zowel omgeving als locatie. Perfect voor het weekend !
Mooi modern huis, heel mooi zicht op de tuin met vijver vanuit de leefruimte, mooie omgeving met mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Leefruimte is in realiteit wel een pak kleiner dan op de foto. Het huis staat ook pal naast het huis van de eigenaars (lijkt verder weg op de foto). Slaapkamers waren heel proper, goede bedden en heel rustig. Keuken is praktisch en voldoende ruim, wij vonden wel dat er iets meer servies & glazen mochten zijn. Sauna is top.

Nous n’avons rien à dire ! Habitant à Bruxelles, nous avions besoin d’un endroit calme en plein milieu de la nature et nous avons été gâté! Les propriétaires de la maison ont été super accueillant et nous ont fait entièrement confiance malgré notre moyenne d’âge de 28 ans. Nous avons pu profiter du sauna extérieur et même du lac malgré le temps froid. Je recommande ce gite à toutes personnes voulant faire le vide. Nous reviendrons ! ?
Beantwoorde aan de verwachtingen
We hebben een uitstekend weekend achter de rug in La Pêcherie. Alles was heel netjes! Een heel fijn huis om met vrienden te verblijven omdat elke kamer een aanpalende badkamer heeft. We werden ook heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. Een aanrader!
