This cottage offers excellent value for money all year round. Stay outside the high season for an extra low price and lots of peace and quiet.

nette en ruime vakantiewoning. vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. zeer fijn dat je voor wandeltochten gewoon vanuit de woning zelf kan vertrekken. voldoende winkels en restaurants vind je in het nabijgelegen La Roche.

Huis is perfect om samen met de club een weekend te MTB, genoten in een mooie omgeving.

Het vakantiehuis was super. De locatie was perfect. Lekker dicht bij La Roche. Het vakantiehuis was van alle gemakken voorzien en was schoon. Echt een aanrader voor een lang weekend Ardennen.
Leuke vakantie gehad. Mooie, propere woning, met alle comfort. We komen zeker terug.
Hôte disponible et accueillant, maison très propre, mais avec peu de commodités (pas un bic à l'horizon ;D).

Très belle maison, bien entretenue. Le seul petit problème est que la cloture n'est pas 100% fermée, des petits chiens savent passer entre les arbustres de la haie vers l'avant de la maison. Une longe est donc recommandée pour être rassuré :)
cava, hadden de fout gemaakt om de ligging eens op voorhand te checken, en hoewel de tuin mooi afgesloten is, ligt het huis wel langs een heel drukke baan. ook de netheid van de keuken/living kon beter. maar het weer maakte veel goed, en het is en blijft een prachtige streek!
Zeer propere woning met al de comfort die je nodig hebt, contact met de eigenaar verloopt ook vlot.
Ik vond het een leuk vakantiehuis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Rustige buurt op 15min van roche en ardenne.
Goede ligging, zeer proper. Prettig verblijf gehad met 7 vrienden.

Très chouette maison.
De woning gaf direct een mooie indruk. De ruimtes zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. We hadden nood aan een nieuwe stofzuigerzak, dus contacteerden de huisbaas. Helaas was die volgens hem niet meer verkrijgbaar Buiten was er een asbak aan de terrasdeur. Die had wel geledigd mogen zijn. Ook de sauna-emmer stond nog vol water en daarin de houten lepel, beschimmeld. Naar onze mening mag de kuisploeg iets meer hun best doen. Verder waren wij heel tevreden. Het tafelvoetbalspel was zeer geliefd.
Mooi, groot en super proper vakantie huis. Goed gelegen voor prachtige wandelingen en het bezoeken van La Roche. Zeker de moeite.
Vakantiehuis voorzien van alle basiscomfort. Ruime kamers en badkamer. Handig dat er 2 mogelijkheden zijn. Jammer dat de slaapkamers niet echt verduisterd kunnen worden. De pingpong tafel is eerder voor de oudere kinderen want de garage waar deze zich bevind staat dicht bij de straat en je hebt geen zicht hier op vanuit het huis.

Het was aangenaam aankomen. We mochten eerder binnen dan afgesproken omdat we te vroeg waren. We hebben de eigenaar niet gezien wat geen probleem was enkel was het niet duidelijk voor het afval te sorteren.
