The traditional materials add a rustic touch. This 200 m² holiday home has three levels and can comfortably accommodate six to eight people. On the ground floor, you will find a play area both for children and adults, as well as the dining room and kitchen. The living room is located on the first level, thus offering tranquillity and privacy. With its comfortable designer furniture, it exudes an inviting atmosphere. On this level, you will also find two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them features an infrared cabin to enjoy a wellness session. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with sober decor, as well as a mezzanine lounge that turns into a sleeping area, if necessary. Finally, this exceptional cottage also has a 40 m² covered terrace equipped with a jacuzzi for six people. It overlooks an 80 m² garden where your children can play safely.
Just three kilometres away from your holiday cottage, the village of Nadrin attracts many visitors. It is attached to the city of Houffalize, which is considered the Belgium capital of mountain biking. Time to get on the saddle! During your stay, also visit the Cyril Chocolat workshop, where you can taste homemade delicacies.

Zeer mooie woning met alles erop en eraan. De gameconsole bracht ons terug naar de kinderjaren. Enige minpunt is dat de jacuzzi op de scheiding met buurman staat en dit snel als hinderlijk wordt ervaren.

Belle maison 3 façades au calme dans une petite rue d'un petit village. Maison parfaitement agencée, avec un ordre et un nettoyage impeccable. Rarement vu cela dans un gîte loué. Le plus est le jacuzzi 6 personnes sur la terrasse extérieure. Merci à nos hôtes Sara et Olivier pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Heel Vriendelijk onthaal, er lag een flesje wijn, bier en kidibull klaar, ruim huis, doch kon de netheid beter, er lag toch wat stof op spiegel badkamers badkamer, boven op de mezzanine was het niet al te netjes , onder bedden ook veel stof, wasmachine niet netjes ( bakje/rubberen ring) we zijn echt niet veeleisend maar netheid is wel basis

Aangenaam verblijf, heel goede en vriendelijk ontvangst door eigenares. De infrarood en Jacuzzi zijn een meerwaarde, alsook de speelhoek voor de (klein)kinderen. Wij hebben er als gezin een heerlijk weekend gehad. Je kan vanaf het huisje ook heel mooie wandelingen doen.

Très agréable maison située entre la Roche et Houffalize. Endroit idéal pour randos VTT (but de notre séjour), maison très agréable y compris sa terrasse et le jacuzzi. Communication parfaite avec l’hôte, je recommande !

We hebben genoten van ons weekend in Berismenil. Het huis is prachtig en compleet. Zowel binnen als buiten leuke zitjes. De jaccuzzi onder de overkapping is een cadeautje. De rustige landelijke ligging is perfect; dichtbij la Roche en Houffalize hebben we ons vermaakt met wandelen, trailrunning, kanoen, fietsen en lekker eten.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad tijdens vriendenweekend. Erg compleet schoon huisje, comfortabele bedden en sanitair, bubbelbad een grote pre. Keuken verdient een pluspunt qua compleetheid, zelfs scherpe messen, enige verbetertip zijn de koekenpannen (die zijn aan vervanging toe).

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf achter de rug in dit vakantiehuis. Het was erg koud buiten, maar hier kregen we het gezellig warm dankzij de radiatoren en de houtkachel. Het huis vormt de ideale startplaats voor een magnifieke wandeling langs de Ourthe (aanrader).
