super weekend gehad
Zeer mooi, comfortabel en gerieflijk huis. Gelegen naast kasteel, vlakbij autostrade. Gerestaureerde hoeve met moderne inrichting en gerieflijke keuken. In één kamer is er dag en nacht een storend geluid van een motor. Goede uitvalsbasis voor fietsen en wandelen.
Wij waren allemaal erg onder de indruk van dit prachtige huis. Alles was naar wens, het is in het echt nog mooier dan op de website. Het heeft ook een fantastische ligging, tussen het kasteel en een gezellige bistro. Alles was supergoed in orde en netjes, een echte aanrader!
Mooi vakantiehuis! Voldoende ruimte. Zowel binnen als buiten voldoende ruimte om als groep samen te zijn. Ook bij regenweer is de overdekte ruimte buiten aangenaam. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. We hadden een fijn verblijf!
Ruim huis, privétuin voor de honden, goede kamers met privé badkamer en wc, dat waren de grote pluspunten.

Zeer ruim goed uitgerust huis met meerdere ontspanningsvoorzieningen en zeer comfortabele bedden. Ontgoocheld /ontgriefd door defect afwasmachine, afwezigheid van parasols (schaduwarm terras/tuin), aftandse en vuile BBQ en bevuiling terras met veel zwaluwpoep door ontbreken van opvang thv dakgoten.

Voor de tweede keer verbleven we in Lavaux St Anne, met heel de familie (klein en groot). Het huis is zeer ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. We kijken uit naar het volgende familieweekend met Ardennes-étape
Heel mooi vakantiehuis, een aanrader.
Vooral de grote ruimtes en het contact via de mezzanine vonden we heel fijn. Een goed uitgeruste en functionele keuken. De ligging dicht bij de snelweg vonden we ook goed. Technisch was het huis goed voorzien, Een goeie verwarming en altijd warm water om te douchen. Alles was netjes en proper en in goede staat. Geen gedoe bij het in en uitchecken. Mooie ligging met het kasteel op de achtergrond en het riviertje. De wifi kon beter maar we hebben een heel fijne tijd doorgebracht.

La maison est très bien agencée, largement la place pour qu'on ne se sente pas les uns sur les autres. En règle générale nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, attention toutefois à garder les enfants à l'oeil à l'étage. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter le château juste à côté. Habituellement nous louons une villa différente chaque année mais il y a de très fortes chances qu'on revienne dans celle-ci l'année prochaine.
Groot comfortabel vakantiehuis. Zeer leuk om met velen in de keuken te eten. Veel parking. Gezellige living met open haard. Er was meer dan voldoende servies en gerei om te koken.
Zeer ruime en aangename woning, prachtige rustige ligging. Wel enkele kleine opmerkingen: verschillende lampen, oa aan de biljart branden niet, kuisgerief stond nog in de hal, op gelijkvloers volgens info Ardenne-étape 3 toiletten, geen enkele was bruikbaar, tafelvoetbal niet bruikbaar, ....
Cadre parfait pour une merveilleuse semaine familiale: chacun, à tout âge, y trouve de quoi satisfaire ses aspirations. Très belle région, illuminée par chance de soleil. Contacts très aimables avec l'organisation à l'arrivée comme au départ.
Heel ruime en nette woning. De kamers, keuken, badkamers waren zeker in orde. Ook waren er genoeg ontspanningsmogrlijkheden (snooker, pingpongtafel, locker, sauna). Enig minpunt is dat we ‘‘s nachts gewekt werden door een alarm (van de boiler).
Prachtige vakantiewoning, heel goede ligging. Met 7 kamers en 7 badkamers maximaal comfort. Één minpuntje: kamers en badkamers heel netjes, maar gemeenschappelijke ruimtes mochten toch wel iets netter.
Het huis is groot, goed ingedeeld en beschikt over vele faciliteiten, ideaal voor groepen/kinderen. De ligging van de woning is uitstekend (bv. voor bezoek aan grotten van Han en Dinant Evasion). Het minpunt van het huis is de netheid. De badkamers waren proper, maar in de slaapkamers en gangen hingen er veel spinnen/stofwebben aan de muren en onder de bedden. We vonden ook een gebruikte contactlens op een nachtkastje! Voor ons ondermaats. In de keuken werkte een van de vaatwassers niet goed.
Mooi en compleet huis voor groep met volwassenen. Wel ook enkele minpunten op organisatorische kant en omgeving. Schoonmaak keuken en bbq was slecht, 1 koelkast werkt slecht, geluidsoverlast tot diep in nacht door feest in naastgelegen kasteel.
Belle et spacieuse maison, parfait pour séjour en famille!
Nous avions loué cette maison pour un we en famille ( de 23 à 82 ans). La situation est parfaite, endroit idéal pour se balader ou ne rien faire. La maison est grande, lumineuse , super équipée et très bien enretenue. Le jardin est soigné et le terrain de pétanque nous laisse des parties mémorables et des fous-rires inoubliables. L'accueil a été agréable et chaleureux. L'hôte est à l'écoute pour toutes questions éventuelles. Nous y retournerons.
Het is een heel leuk huis welk veel plaats bied aan max.15 personen. Veel speelruimtes en plaatsen om rust te vinden ook met een groep. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en er zijn weldoende glazen, borden en bestek. Heel handing (eigenlijk ook nodig) zijn de 2 vaatwasmachines en 2 koelkasten! Jammer dat niet meer wandelpaden direct vanaf het huis vertrekken. De tuin en overdekte BBQ zijn natuurlijk top gelegen met zicht op het kasteel en met een kleine rivier ervoor.
