Are you looking for a great location for a family gathering? Why not try this authentic chalet for 21 persons in the heart of the Ardennes? This holiday cottage has 8 bedrooms, one of which can host 6 persons or children. The 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a couple of them with a washbasin.
Thanks to the spacious kitchen, preparing delicious meals will be very easy. The dining room creates a warm atmosphere and is perfect for convivial moments. The large sitting room will allow the whole group to gather for a great chit-chat or for a good DVD. There is also a wireless internet connection and the wellness area (sauna and whirlpool bath) completes the amenities. All you need for a fantastic stay!
The exteriors also have a lot to offer to children: the playground, the mini golf course, the petanque field and other surprises will no doubt delight them. If the weather does not allow it, you may have fun with the table football and other games.
If you are you a thrill seeker, head for the Belgian Grand Prix Formula One takes place in Spa-Francorchamps. The commonly called most beautiful racetrack in the world is just a few kilometres away from the holiday cottage. A must-go.
Do you need some cooling? In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes you will find the open-air swimming-pool Mon Repos and the ideal location to relax. Open from 1st June tot 31st August, depending on the weather conditions.
This holiday cottage lies in Malmedy near the High Fens nature park. With its beautiful view points and the highest point of Belgium (Signal de Botrange), this nature park is really worth a family visit.
History enthusiasts may not miss the Castle of Reinhardstein.
The garden is a real paradise for children, with miniature golf, a tree house, sports fields, an acrobranch course and a large slide, all in full view of the parents. The owner also offers accompanied pony rides, in addition to the many walks that are available from the house itself.
Enjoy a nice game of bowling. (possible to book, price: 70€)
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Relaxte vakantie met vriendengroep (inclusief kinderen) in een mooi huisje niet te ver van Nederland terwijl toch in hartje Ardennen. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van mooie wandelingen.
Erg geschikt voor een grote groep met kinderen. Voldoende comfort, netjes,gezellig.
Zeer fijn verblijf, mooie ligging
Très chouette maison pour un groupe familial avec jeux extérieur pour les plus grands. Un peu de sécurisation nécessaire pour certains jeux. La maison est très bien équipée les sanitaires et la literie de grande qualité offrent tout le confort attendu.

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad met 5 gezinnen in dit mooie huis. Goed onderhouden , heel netjes! Fijn dat er een wastafel was op de slaapkamer. Goede ligging. Leuk om vanaf het paadje langs het huis de bossen in de wandelen. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon.

Wat een geweldig huis op een geweldige plek. Prachtig uitzicht en voldoende te doen in en om het huis voor de kinderen van 3 tot 15 jaar. Tot de volgende keer!!

Excellent week-end entre amis avec de jeunes enfants. Le jardin est grandiose, la maison parfaitement adaptée aux groupes et le cadre nature est superbe.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze accomodatie. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Na een uitgebreide uitleg konden we genieten van een fijn weekend. De gemeenschappelijke tuin had vele extra's. We lagen in een omgeving waar veel te doen was. De accomodatie had een gezellige woonkamer, nette slaapkamers en een ruime keuken, die van alle gemakken voorzien was.

Gezellig vakantiehuis om te vertoeven, met veel extra troeven.
Voldoende plaats voor iedereen. Leuke tuin voor de kinderen. Enkel de douchekamers waren erg klein, douche beneden is handiger en ruimer. Leuk verblijf gehad.
