This 3 star holiday cottage for 7 persons in Malmedy benefits from a typical architecture. Its exposed wooden beams, its wood stove and other authentic elements make for a great impression. And thanks to an in-depth renovation, you will benefit from much light and comfort inside. On the ground floor, the living areas were merged together. The kitchen, the dining room and the sitting room form a large and convivial living area. When it is cold, this will allow the whole group to enjoy the wood stove’s warmth together. The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 2 bedrooms with washbasin on the first floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The garden offers a lovely view over the surrounding nature and a play area even awaits your children. The woods are close and you will be able to go for a walk whenever you wish to.
Malmedy is a town to be discovered all year long. This vacation home is perfect to discover the Ardennes in the province of Liège. The villages of Xhoffraix, Bernister and Longfaye are typical villages of the region.

Zeer goede rustige ligging meerwaarde afgesloten tuin voor onze honden of kleine kinderen. Warenhuizen restaurants bakkers alles in een straal van 5 km .???
Heel ruraal gelegen huis in Swiss chalet-stijl. Ruime omheinde tuin , ideaal voor honden. Direct aan het bos en wandelroute.s. 2e toilet boven ,ideaal voor ouderen. Keuken met zeer uitgebreide benodigdheden. Enig minpunt , zit meubilair salon , bank klein/te laag/doorgezakt, fauteuils keihard . Bedden prima . Huis zeer proper! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg . Behalve uitleg tv. Niet werkend gekregen , maar voor ons niet erg. Alles bij elkaar een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding !
Top séjour, accueil au top, maison très propre et proprio très réactive ! Propositions d'amélioration : pas de lave-vaiselle, dommage... Et niveau prises électriques dans la cuisine c'est assez limité, voir dangereux. Prises électriques trop proches de l'évier... Pour le reste, c'était top !
Toffe vakantiewoning met grote tuin ideaal voor de hond. Zeer rustige omgeving en ideale uitvalsbasis voor oneindig mooie wandelingen. Er is 1 slaapkamer en badkamer op op het gelijkvloers. 2 grote kamers boven.Eigenaren is een supervriendelijke madam die ook wandelmappen had klaargelegd en ook adresjes voor boodschappen. Voor herhaling vatbaar
Wij hebben een goede midweek gehad in het huisje. 1 minpuntje en dat waren de bedden. Maar ik begreep dat die komend juni vervangen gaan worden. Voor de rest is het voor ons een huis om naar terug te keren. Zeker met onze hond. Die heeft de tijd van zijn leven gehad.
Het is een knus en gezellig huisje. De ligging is uitstekend, je kunt vanuit het huis prachtige wandelingen maken. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig.
Fijn gelegen in een gehucht met vanuit het huis mooie wandelingen te maken. Het enige wat voor verbetering vatbaar is, is een vaatwasser. Prima plek

Deuxième fois que nous allons dans ce logement qui est idéal pour un séjour en famille au calme. Vu son excellente situation, nous avons pu faire de noubreuses magnifiques balades autour du gite. Le contact avec la propiétaire a également été excellent que se soit pour l'arrivée ou bien lors du départ.
Fijn huis , veel rust , fijne verhuurster,enige minpuntje als je de hond in donker uitlaat echt pikkedonker en heb je echt een zoeklamp nodig
Très chouette petit gîte et pour nous et pour nos 2 chiens, il est suffisamment équipé à tous niveaux, La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le gîte est très reposant et sa situation dans le petit village est très appréciable. Nous envisageons de revenir l'année prochaine.
Wij hadden een super weekend in een zeer toffe omgeving. Ons verblijf was top!
Een fijn verblijf! Een prachtige omgeving om vele wandelingen te maken en dichtbij (met de auto) bij Malmedy. Wij vonden de bank en stoelen matig zitten en misten ook een lamp in het zitgedeelte. Voor de rest hebben wij een heerlijke midweek gehad!
het vakantiehuis is top, supervriendelijke ontvangst, enkel de bedden zijn redelijk smal maar dit is dan ook het enige minpunt
Het was een knus huisje maar een te kleine koelkast voor 6 mensen zoals ook de diepvries een toffe ontvangst.
Eenvoudig verblijf. Bedden waren iets minder. Keuken was goed al was er geen vaatwasser. In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen. Leuke vakantie gehad
