Maison chaleureuse idéalement située au pied de deux balades balisées, dans la nature et au calme. tout est de plein pied, la décoration est soignée, il y avait même un sapin. La literie est parfaite et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle-de-bain. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et reviendrons certainement !! Merci à Cirio pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Rustige omgeving en mooie wandelingen. Handig zou zijn een droogrek om de natte kleren o.a. de Jassen op te hangen en schoenen. Zeker bij regen/sneeuw weer kunnen we nergens onze kleren hangen. Ovenwanten ontbreken Dakgoot boven de voordeur lekt,

Het vakantiehuis was wat het moet zijn voor deze prijscategorie. Ideaal gelegen voor starten van wandelroutes zonder verplaatsing met de wagen. Alles netjes in orde en vriendelijke eigenares. Iedere kamer eigen toilet en badkamer, keuken apparatuur was goed , wel misschien meer dan 1 braadpan voorzien was wel handiger geweest. Misschien ook een hifi installatie voor achtergrondmuziek. Concreet deze woning was ideaal. Terras moet wel gerenoveerd worden losliggende randen & veiligheid (niveau)

Héél aangenaam huis voorzien van alle comfort en uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor verschillende gevarieeerde wandelingen. Heerlijk rustig maar de nabijheid van Malmédy en Spa maakt het extra aangenaam. We komen zeker terug!

Gezellig, netjes, mooie slaapkamers met aparte badkamers, rustige omgeving. Vanuit het huis zijn mooie wandelingen te maken, je hoeft niet eerst stuk te rijden. Interessante dagtrips op korte afstand. Het was een heerlijk ontspannen weekend! Tip voor de keuken: we misten een kaasschaaf en een hapjespan, ook zou het fijn zijn als kopjes en bestek iets ruimer aanwezig was met een groep van 6.

Mooi, verzorgd huis. Prachtig gelen. Heel veel mogelijkheden om wandelparcours af te leggen. De eigenaar heeft alle mogelijke info in huis, zowel van wandelroutes als horeca en bakkers in de buurt. Toplocatie!

Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer compleet uitgerust. Inrichting van het huis is sfeervol. Mooie gas barbecue, waarvan helaas de ontsteking niet werkt. Hebben zelf daarom een gasaansteker gekocht en hem kunnen gebruiken. Gebruik van lucifers is af te raden, er volgt een steekvlam! Tijdens ons verblijf geen beheerder gezien. Zij was niet aanwezig bij onze aankomst en zou later die dag even komen. We hebben haar niet gezien.

Het is werkelijk een schitterend en goed verzorgd gezellig en comfortabel huis. Wel een puntje om op te letten is dat de douche ontzettend glad is. Wij hebben hier rubberen noppenmatten voor gekocht zodat uitglijden tot een minimum beperkt werd. Zeker voor oudere mensen.

Gedurende de week geen enkele contactpersoon gezien of gehoord, enkel twee sms berichten, één om binnen te gaan en één om het huis op tijd te verlaten. Het huis heeft geen garage maar een schamel tuinhuis, vol met spinnenwebben waar met moeite zes fietsen inkonden en die daar ook niet konden opgeladen worden; Toen we in de namiddag op het terras zaten kwam men het gras afrijden. De gasbarbecue (nieuw) kregen we niet aan, we hadden ook geen info. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Schönes Ferienhaus, fast barrierefrei nur zum Eingang sind 4 steile Stufen zu gehen. Der Garten ist sehr groß aber nicht komplett eingezäunt (für Hundebesitzer und Kleinkinder). Sehr gute Badezimmer, bei jedem Schlafzimmer. Die Lage am Wald ist idyllisch jedoch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur per Auto zu erreichen. Die Elektroheizung funktioniert sofort und dürfte bei Aufenthalten im Winter ein Segen sein.Wir nutzen Sie nur morgens zum duschen. Schönes kleines Haus mit Smart TV.

Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, optimal geeignet für uns drei Paare mit einem Hund. Äußerlich ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber durch die moderne und stilvolle Inneneinrichtung wett gemacht wird. Der Zuschnitt des Hauses hat uns sehr zugesagt, da die Schlafräume in einer Hälfte des Hauses angeordnet sind, dazu hat jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes, großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und WC. Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich gehen nahtlos ineinander über. Empfehlenswert!

A lovely quiet location in the woods, yet ideally located for exploring the region and for finding places to eat out. Made an excellent cycling base with its proximity to quiet country roads and the excellent RAVeL network. A perfect, stress-free stay. The owner was very friendly and informative and lots of useful information about the area was provided in booklets and leaflets.

Het is voor de vierde keer dat wij met Ardennes Etape een woning huren en wederom was het een schot in de roos. Zoals afgesproken met Mw. Cécile Dostriche waren wij om 16u aan de woning en gaf zij ons op een vriendelijke manier uitleg over de woning en het gebruik van de toestellen en geloof me alles was aanwezig niets ontbrak zodat wij van ons weekend konden genieten. Het huis was centraal gelegen, niet ver van Signal de Botrange, Malmedy en Spa. Heerlijk weekend gehad. Alleen het weer.

Prachtig huis op een hele mooie afgelegen plaats. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer dus ideaal. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
