The spacious kitchen is functionally equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. This includes: a vitroceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a fridge with freezer compartment, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a vacuum cleaner.
Enjoy breakfast together in the dining room or savor a delicious dinner there. Enjoy a nice aperitif in the sitting room with the warmth of the wood stove. In the sitting room, you will find: a TV, cable television, DVD, and WiFi.
The 9 bedrooms, each with a different layout ranging from two to four people, are spacious and cozily furnished. There are two rooms on -1. To make it easier for people with reduced mobility there are two bedrooms, for a total of six people, on theground floor. 5 rooms have their own bathroom, and there are 4 shared bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
Children can freely enjoy the large partially fenced garden. There are plenty of fun children's games available such as: a swing, petanque court, slide, and sandbox. It is recommended to keep an eye on the children when they are playing outside. In bad weather, they can best use the ping pong table and a dartboard in the playroom. This is to prevent them from coming in with dirty clothes. If this does happen, which can always occur, you can use the washing machine in the laundry room.
Enjoy a relaxing hot tub or sauna, because after a day full of activities, you certainly deserve it! This holiday home also has ten parking spaces.

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf! We hadden dit geboekt met de familie en waren met 16 personen. Het huis was uitstekend in orde, met een leuk terras waar de kindjes konden spelen en een leuke en grote living met plaats voor iedereen. We hebben ervan genoten! Ook heel leuk om een wandeling te maken in de bossen vlakbij het huisje.

Zeer proper en aangenaam huis met goede bedden en prachtig zicht. Voldoende keukengerei aanwezig. Het enige kleine minpuntje is dat het terras glad is bij vriesweer. Misschien kan deze info door de eigenaar meegedeeld worden. Er starten 3 wandelingen aan het kerkje dat net voor het huis lis gelegen.

Très agréable maison de vacances très spacieuse. Propreté sans reproche et literie excellente. Très appréciée par notre groupe de 18 personnes. Les deux seuls petits bémols sont: la circulation nocturne soutenue remarquée dans les chambres à l'avant (peut être due à une déviation passant par là) et la porte donnant l'accès à la cuisine gênant l'accès au frigo.

We verbleven er met onze familie, 12 volwassenen, 2 tienerkinderen en 2 kleine kinderen. Zeer fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. Het huis is perfect in orde en was zeer proper. Het huis heeft alles voor een verblijf met een grote en diverse groep. Zeker een aanrader.

“We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad, alles was tiptop in orde en de eigenaars waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens de warme dagen merkten we dat de woning moeilijk af te koelen was. Zonwerende gordijnen en raambekleding in de badkamers zouden het verblijf nog aangenamer maken.”

Heel leuke omgeving Malmedy , vakantiewoning is goed gelegen , keuken is goed voorzien van keukengerei , echter de kookplaat warmde niet snel op. Over heel de vakantiewoning is wel wat vernieuwing nodig , sommige kamers verouderd. Was bij aankomst heel proper. Onderhoud tuin kan beter , onder onze groep zijn er wel wat die graag petanque spelen maar door het onkruid dat op de petanquebaan groeide niet mogelijk. Prijs/kwaliteit goed!

Wunderbare Silvesterwoche im großen Familienkreis mit 17 Personen. Tischtennisplatte und Sauna im Untergeschoss vor allem während unserer Winterwoche sehr gut, da naturgemäß Garten und Terrasse nicht genutzt werden konnten. Die Esszimmerstühle sind leider sehr klein und unbequem, vor allem bei Daueraufenthalt im Haus im Winter - im Sommer dafür riesige tolle Terrasse mit bequemen Tischen und Stühlen und Ausblick auf Wald und Wiesen. Wandern gleich vor der Haustür. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Nous avons passé un weekend très réussi avec un groupe de 14 amis composé majoritairement de seniors. Malgré la météo un peu maussade nous avons passé un séjour convivial dans ce gîte très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Assez de distraction et d'espace pour ne pas se sentir à l'étroit. Le propriétaire, très aimable, nous a bien accueilli et donné quelques renseignements utiles. Nous retournerons certainement.

Een groot huis op een mooie locatie. Er zijn zeer veel badkamers in ene luxe uitvoering, maar jammer dat er meerdere last hebben van schimmelplekken. Het huis heeft een grote uitrusting en alles is meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Prima uitval locatie om leuke dingen te doen in de directe omgeving.

Heel ruim huis, met naast voldoende slaapkamers ook voldoende badkamers en toiletten. Mooi terras en grote tuin. In de kelder ook voldoende ruimte voor de kinderen om zich te vermaken. Direct vanuit het huis zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. Supermarkt in Malmedy binnen 10 minuten te bereiken met de auto.

Wij hebben genoten van een leuk familieweekend in dit huis. Heel goed huis voor grote groepen (voldoende ruime kamers en badkamers). Prachtig terras en grote omheinde tuin. Het huis was zeer proper bij aankomst. Leuke wandelingen in de buurt.

Het was een leuk huis, heel goed voor groepen, vooral de aantal badkamert/aantal kamers, iedereen heeft een eigen badkamer, een grote , vlakke tuin, de petanque baan zou eens mogen proper gemaakt worden en ook misten we nog een bijkomende frigo, zeker als je zelf wat wilt kokerellen.

Vakantiehuis in een mooie streek op de helling tussen Malmedy en de stuwdam van Robertville. Prachtige wandelingen met verzichten. Het huis zelf heeft een enorm terras dat gedeeltelijk overdekt is. We genoten er met volle teugen van ons familieweekend. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Très chouette séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée. Nous étions plusieurs familles avec enfants de 0 à 15 ans et nous y avons tous trouvé notre bonheur. Mooi huis voor een grote groep. Niet elke kamer heeft een ensuite-badkamer maar voor ons is het geen probleem om de gang over te steken. Degelijk uitgeruste keuken, een extra koffiezet of een grotere zou handig zijn zeker gezien de grootte van de groep. De BBQ wat groot genoeg en werkte goed maar de roosters zouden vervangen moeten worden ( erg roestig en afgebroken)

Un très bon week-end entre amis où l'on a pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec tout le mobilier nécessaire. Une belle grande maison où chacun avait son espace. Sous oublier les jeux enfants. Proche de belles balades à faire à pieds. Très belle région. L'accueil du propriétaire était bien. La maison avait ce qu'il fallait pour passer un bon week-end. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Die Schlafzimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Größe war für 21 Personen perfekt. Für die Kinder gab es den großen Garten mit Schaukel und Trampolin. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wanderangebote gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Aangenaam verblijf gehad in de paasvakantie! Propere woning met een prachtig uitzicht. Het bedrijf ernaast stoorde zeker niet, af en toe wat lawaai maar nooit lang of storend. We hadden tijdens ons verblijf een probleem met de verwarming maar dat werd door de eigenaar snel en correct opgelost. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Veel gerief in de keuken, Voldoende badkamers. Ondanks het huis ligt langs toegansweg , zeer goed geslapen, goede bedden. Reeds 3 jaar komen we met gans de familie naar hier. Goede uitvalbasis om mooie wandelingen te doen.

Compact, maar ruim vanbinnen. Gescheiden leefruimtes voor kinderen en ouderen (speelruimte >< rust). Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Goed onderhouden en zeer proper. Voortreffelijk sanitair. Bedden van goede kwaliteit. Grote straat voor het huis, maar niet echt druk en weinig omgevingslawaai. Leuk terras (deels overdekt, BBQ niet overdekt). Om terug te keren.
