This large luxury villa is ideal for exploring the region of Malmedy and its delicious local products, its beautiful walks, and many cultural activities.
This holiday home was fully renovated in 2007 and tastefully decorated. The open hearth in the beautiful living room enhances the house’s warm ambience.
There are five bedrooms, which are colourful with refined decor. You’ll find everything you need in the two bathrooms: a bathtub or shower, a washbasin, and a changing table.
The kitchen is functional and has everything close to hand for preparing tasty meals. You’ll find a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, fondue maker, water heater, toaster, percolator, soup blender, raclette maker, and more.
The garden is enclosed. So you can let the children play outside on the children’s play equipment with peace of mind. They can play in the playground with two towers, a slide, and two swings, as well as a trampoline! Children and adults alike can play ping-pong in the garage.
To help you unwind, the relaxation space includes a sauna and a whirlpool bath. Loungers are available for your use in order to make the most of the beautiful patio. And lastly, prepare a tasty meal on the BBQ grill to end the day in style!
There’s a games room in the basement that will provide entertainment for everyone in the event of bad weather. Plus, thanks to the TV and DVD player in the living room, you can enjoy a movie night with your family.
The Bruyères Farm on the edge of Malmedy will offer you delicious menus using local products. On Friday mornings, you can find fresh and local products in the Malmedy market.
Bellevaux is just 12 minutes from the house; it’s a wonderful place for walks and you can also visit Brasserie de Bellevaux. There, you can sample the local beer brewed on-site including the Brune, Blonde, Blanche, and Black beers. After the tasting, take the opportunity to go for a walk on one of the lovely walking trails.
Children can spend a fantastic day at Plopsa Coo in Coo, about 20 minutes from Malmedy, with Plop the Gnome and Mega Mindy.

We hebben er erg genoten. Het was een mooi karakteristiek gerenoveerd vakwerkhuis met een ruime woonkamer. De grote tuin was een mooie aanvulling waar de kinderen konden spelen. De keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken.

Mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles ruim aanwezig. Sfeervolle inrichting.Heerlijke sauna en bubbelbad. Echter matig onderhouden : :Koelkast stuk( goed opgelost) , geen rookmelders, geen speelhuis zoals op foto. ( was helemaal stuk) . Vonden de kinderen erg jammer. Schoonmaak matig( stoffig) 1knop radiator kon niet uit. (Daardoor hogere verwarmingskosten) Heerlijke week gehad , wij hebben genoten maar er mits algemeen onderhoud.

Ter info voor de volgende vakantiegangers: de glijbaan en schommels zijn intussen vervangen. Trampoline is nog aanwezig. Top voor de kinderen!

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruim en comfortabel vakantiehuis voor 12 personen, centrale open haard als absolute meerwaarde. Ondanks dat er inderdaad stond aangegeven zelf alles mee te nemen, had ik misschien toch gehoopt op wat basiszaken zoals een wc rol, wat poetsproduct of een vaatwassponsje. Zelfs een stofzuiger of deftige borstel was er niet. Bepaald keukengereedschap ook aan vervanging toe.

De eigenaar vertelt ons dat er een stofzuiger en al het nodige schoonmaakmateriaal ter beschikking staat van de vakantiegangers. Er is ook een borstel en spons voor de afwas onder de gootsteen. Ze is altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden tijdens uw verblijf.

Heerlijk ruim huis, goede voorzieningen en een fijne tuin. Ligt op een rustige plek dichtbij alle voorzieningen van Malmedy. Het contact met de verhuurder Carine was perfect, we voelden ons erg welkom.

Merci beaucoup a Carine ! Merci pour son accueil chaleureux, pour le petite attentions locales (bières et biscuits) C'est une maison assez grande pour12 personnes, il y a beaucoup d'espace, a l'intérieur comme a l'extérieur. On a beaucoup apprécié le sauna, la trampoline et le feu ouvert ! Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Ik vond het een ideaal huis en het contact met de verhuurder kon niet beter. Er waren genoeg voorzieningen in het huisje en het was goed onderhouden. Ook is het niet ver verwijderd van winkels en mooie natuur.

Super sfeervolle woning met alle nodige faciliteiten om er een gezellige tijd met familie of vrienden te beleven! Bij aankomst waren alle kaarsen en de openhaard reeds aan wat onmiddellijk een warme, huiselijke sfeer creëerde! De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en had zelfs wat streekproductjes meegebracht. Een absolute aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het was een super mooi huis en perfect voor met een groter gezin. Er was veel voor de kinderen aanwezig zoals spelletjes. Op de laatste dag hadden we een probleem met de leiding van het bubbelbad en na te bellen hebben ze dit direct in orde gebracht en naar een oplossing gezocht voor ons. We zijn alleen maar te vreden over het verblijft!
