This former farm dating back to 1804, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes and at the foot of the High Fens Nature Reserve, was fully renovated in 2017. It provides a comfortable space for groups of between 15 and 18 guests.
The holiday home has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, a sauna area on the top floor, a large living room with an open hearth, which you’ll love in the winter, and a large, fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need during your stay.
The holiday home is located on a 3,500 m² wooded plot. The large private garden provides a breathtaking view of the undulating landscape and you can play on the pétanque court until sunset. You’ll be captivated by the picturesque charm of the inner courtyard with its partly covered patio space with a BBQ grill. Children will enjoy the playground opposite the holiday home with its mini football pitch, basketball court, and play area.
You’ll be just a few kilometres from Malmedy, where you can find all the shops you need, whether it’s to cook up some nice meals or to get something special for your partner. You can also visit the Malmundarium, go to the cinema at MovieMills, or have a swim at the open-air pool.
The gastronomic municipality of Waimes is not far off, either.
The region in which this holiday home is located is brimming with activities of all kinds, including Sniper Zone Paintball, the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, Bowling 362-Magic Planet in Malmedy, and Brasserie de Bellevaux.

Wij waren er met 18 volwassenen en bijna iedereen had een eigen kamer met prive badkamer. (Deze waren echt top!) Het waren ruime kamers , je moet alleen goed puzzelen met je bedlinnen (2 persoons en 1 persoons) De keuken is echt goed uitgerust met servies , glaswerk en apparatuur en een bedrijfsvaatwasser. Een mooie grote tv en grote woonkamer en eettafel. Mooie grote tuin, nadeel is wel dat het niet vlak is. Ook een mooi apart bijgebouwtje met pooltafel.. ruime plek om 10 auto’s te parkeren.

Een prima weekendhuis. Zeer spontane en duidelijke ontvangst. Zeer net en goed uitgerust. Het speelpleintje aan de overkant is een meerwaarde. Gelegen in een zeer mooie omgeving. Eventueel werkpuntje de verlichting mag helderder en iets meer stopcontacten op de kamers.

De omgeving was zeer mooi. Het huis op foto’s en in realiteit stroken niet echt. Als je in detail kijkt was het afgeleefd. Ook minder praktisch ingedeeld terassen ver van keuken . Tuinmeubilair stukke zetels en eetkamerstoelen doorgezeten, bbq functioneerde niet… dit is geen 9,6 waard

Prachtig huis met mooie tuin. Je merkt niet dat het aan een “drukke” weg ligt. Ideaal dat elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer en wc heeft. Ook zeer goed verzorgd dat er speelgoed aanwezig is voor de kinderen. Was een heerlijk langweekend weg met vriendengroep en jonge kinderen (0-4 jaar).

Een heel fijn huis. Ruime woonkamer en erg sfeervol. Bedden zijn erg goed. Badkamers zijn modern. Sauna wordt goed heet ;-) En een klein detail, in de keuken staat een professionele vaatwasser. In plaats van 1,5 uur wachten in 3 minuten klaar. Het hele verblijf was een echt aanrader!!!

We verbleven met 16 familieleden waaronder babies en kleine kinderen en hebben een super weekend gehad. Het huis is heel proper, goed onderhouden en van het nodige voorzien, zeer grote slaapkamers met ensuite moderne badkamers, grote tuin die kan afgesloten worden. Ligging op 10' rijden van Malmedy. Ook in de buurt mooie wandelingen gedaan. Een pluspunt zou zijn dat je bed- en badlinnen zou kunnen huren en opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst.

Fantastisch groot en schoon huis met een omheinde tuin. Een echte aanrader voor grote gezinnen, de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. Echt een top verblijf gehad.

Grâce au nombre de chambres (presque toutes avec salle de bains privative), à l'équipement (balançoire, billard, table de ping pong en plus du sauna et du BBQ) et à la petite plaine de jeux située juste en face, l'endroit est particulièrement recommandé pour une ou plusieurs familles avec jeunes enfants. Un bon point pour la possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 2 chiens. Rare et appréciable! Petits soucis au niveau de l'écoulement d'une douche et d'une porte qui ferme mal.

Magnifique maison, nous avons passé un excellent weekend en famille. La plaine de jeux en face est très pratique pour les enfants. Possibilité de faire des balades au départ de la maison. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et bien aménagées. Nous ne pouvons que recommandé!!

Heel leuk huis om met familie of vrienden in te verblijven! Petanque, biljart, tafeltennis, sauna, superveel leuke faciliteiten. Veel keukengerei en industriële vaatwas is een plus voor groepen. Hele goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

We hebben een heerlijk weekend beleefd met de hele familie en de 6 kleintjes. Besjes en kinderstoeltjes volop aanwezig. De verwarming konden we alleen niet regelen zodat het steeds te warm was maar dat was het enige minpuntje! We komen terug ?
