Located 6 km from Manhay, in the province of Luxembourg, this large Belgian style house was entirely designed to accommodate family groups. Perfectly furnished, the house features two levels to offer visitors large spaces. With a relaxation room that includes an exercise bike, a TV and an infrared sauna for four people, the ground floor is conducive to convivial moments. Here you can also find a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories. The large dining room is perfect to enjoy family meals and the wood-burning stove enhances its cosy and warm atmosphere. Also, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room to offer you all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. Two large bedrooms with a double bed can accommodate parents with children. Designed as a mezzanine, the first level of this holiday rental features four bedrooms. With a bathroom and a shower room, guests can maintain their privacy during their stay. The mezzanine lounge, equipped with a TV and DVD player as well as the games room with billiard table, chessboard and children's games offer unforgettable moments of shared fun. Finally, there is also a large 2000 m2 garden with two terraces, a playground for children, and a private parking area for up to five vehicles.
Near your holiday home, you can find the picturesque village of Dochamps, where you can visit the Park Chlorophylle with your family. A lovely Ardennes comune bordered by a large wooded area, Manhay is full of beautiful discoveries. This place is truly amazing! The house is fully equipped with all the comforts you could ask for, making it ideal for large groups. We were a group of 10, and there was never a moment when we felt cramped or lacked privacy. The house also offers a wide variety of games, which made our time there even more enjoyable. We’re definitely coming back!

Groot vakantie huis, goede bedden, mooie ligging en omgeving. Ik, als kok van de bende miste een anti kleefpan in de keuken. Heel jammer was dat de Pool biljart in verre staat van ontbinding is terwijl wij toch speciaal uitkijken bij het boeken van een vakantie woning met dergelijke accomodatie... als dit soort spellen zoals biljart, kicker, airhokey en dergelijke niet in orde is, zet dat dan ook zo in de beschrijving..

Maison super bien équipée et agréable. La vue depuis le séjour est magnifique. Il est néanmoins nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car les magasins les plus proches sont à 15' en voiture. Le seul petit bémol est que le plancher des chambres craque , ce qui s'entend dans les chambres du rez de chaussée. Maison à conseiller.
