This old mill has been transformed into a 4-star holiday home that can accommodate 15 people in a magnificent setting. Its advantages? A jacuzzi with panoramic view, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a splendid garden and a terrace.
Starting with a centuries-old mill, the owners of the property have built a splendid 4-star cottage, where a modern atmosphere elegantly blends with antique elements and materials.
Beginning from outside, you will be charmed. The fenced garden offers fun for everyone. There are a swing, a slide and a petanque terrain. The large terrace consists of several areas: an inviting lounge, a large dining table, and a wellness area with an outdoor jacuzzi that boasts a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.
Inside, the magic continues.
On the ground floor, the living area is divided into several connected spaces, which will allow your tribe to enjoy a good time all together or in smaller groups. There are a bedroom and bathroom on this floor.
The first floor is dedicated to rest. It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pleasant feeling of space and light.
The second floor, with a lovely old wooden frame, houses a bedroom, a bathroom, and a relaxation area with billiards and board games.
To enjoy a comfortable stay with family or friends, this large capacity cottage offers a total of seven bedrooms and six bathrooms (some of which are en-suite).
Located just a few steps from the centre of Marche-en-Famenne, in the province of Luxembourg, this cottage is near shops, restaurants, a cinema and the Wex. It is also the starting point for horse-drawn carriage rides!
Golf lovers, you've come to the right place! The 18-hole course of the Five Nations golf club in Méan is very close.
And near Rochefort, you can go for an archeologic outing, explore the Caves of Lorette, rent a mountain bike, and visit a peaceful abbey. Meanwhile, the Provincial Domain of Chevetogne offers a great day outdoors.
In Hotton and its surroundings, you can discover Riveo, the River Interpretation Center or the Caves of Hotton.

Ruim, proper vakantiehuis. Alleen de jacuzzi was niet proper onderhouden, en dit was geprobeerd te compenseren met een veel te grote hoeveelheid chloor in het water. Dit voelde duidelijk niet gezond.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte du 22/11/24 au 24/11/24 et, malheureusement, avons rencontré plusieurs désagréments qui ont perturbé notre expérience. Le principal problème a été l’absence de chauffage efficace pendant notre séjour, malgré les températures fraîches. De plus, l’eau chaude était inexistante à plusieurs reprises, ce qui a rendu nos journées moins confortables. Bien que l’emplacement du gîte soit agréable et que le cadre soit joli, ces soucis de confort de base n’ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons tenté de joindre le propriétaire, mais la situation n’a pas été résolue pendant notre séjour. Nous espérons que ces problèmes seront rapidement corrigés pour que d’autres hôtes puissent profiter d’une expérience plus agréable.

Goed! Enkel niet aan te raden met kleine kinderen. Er zijn veel niveauverschillen, trap naar de tuin zonder handvat waardoor we constant goed moesten opletten naar de kindjes toe. Wel een goed verblijf voor met vrienden of oudere kinderen. Dichtbij Durbuy met vele wandelroutes en cafés.

Wij hadden een super leuk weekend in het prachtige huis! Een echte aanrader mits het oplossen van wat kleine minpunten: microgolfoven viel vaak uit, gasfles van de BBQ was leeg, in de badkamers last van rioleringsgeur, de Wii werkte niet. Tip: een 2de vaatwasser zou handig zijn voor een groep van 15 personen.

Erg leuk vakantiehuis, mooi ingericht, goed bereikbaar, dichtbij Marche en Durbuy en erg vriendelijke en responsieve eigenaar. Enige minpuntje: de inrichting van de keuken. Pannen die dringend aan vervanging toe zijn (tefal laag kapot), kakafonie van glazen, te weinig glazen, borden en schalen. Voor de rest alles top, aan te raden!

Een heel fijn verblijf met vrienden. Het enige minpunt is de tuin. Deze is erg verouderd. De speeltuigen zijn niet in goede staat waardoor de kinderen hier niet op kunnen spelen. Het speelhuisje stond vol hoge netels en de trampoline had geen omranding wat zeer gevaarlijk is.

Zeer mooie woning, enkel de jets langs 1 kant van de jacuzzi werkten niet en de mandjes in de vaatwasser waren moeilijk te gebruiken. Zeer grote mooie eetruimte, keuken en kamers. Leuk dat bijna elke kamer een aparte badkamer heeft. Alles werd ter beschikking gesteld.

Met de vriendengroep hebben we een fantastisch weekend gehad in dit huis. Het is een mooie moderne woning, dat ook zeer schoon is. In de keuken was er genoeg ruimte om voor 12 man te koken. Ook de slaapkamers en de badkamers waren erg goed! Al met al een top accommodatie!

Séjour très agréable en famille. La maison est bien située. Les chambres très agreables. Petit bémol sur l’équipement de la cuisine, le chariot du lave vaisselle ne fonctionne plus correctement. Et il manque certains plats/ustensiles pour les grandes tablées.
