This former farm has plenty of character and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a garden with games and toys, a jacuzzi on the terrace, etc.
You will certainly be able to enjoy the calm atmosphere in a light interior during your stay in this holiday home. Some authentic elements such as the brick walls and wooden beams have been preserved in the beautifully renovated building to give it its own character. Fancy playing a game? Children, teenagers and adults can enjoy themselves with the different indoor and outdoor games that are available, such as a swing, petanque, badminton, or table football. The spacious garden is also accessible to the 4 other holiday homes on the estate and is an ideal place to make new friends! Except for the garden, all the holiday homes are fully detached from one another. You have a private terrace with jacuzzi to enjoy at the end of a wonderful day in the open air. And at night, everyone can enjoy a well-deserved night’s sleep in one of the 5 quiet, soothing bedrooms, some of which have their own bathrooms. Exactly what you expect from a holiday in the countryside!
You are staying in the Condroz, an area where there is a lot to experience. So be sure to get out and about and admire the beautiful abbeys, and riding a railbike over the old railways is a bold choice. This original activity is great fun for the kids!

Heel prettig verblijf gehad met familie,mooi ruim huis,heel netjes, echt heerlijke tuin. Ik had niet begrijpen dat terrassen aangrenzend, ik dacht dat 5 huizen eraan grensden die uit elkaar leggen. Schrok even maar geen last gehad.heerlijke tuin. Alleen sfeerverlichting in kamer ontbrak en toen we weggingen even stress of op tijd eruit.waren van plan om 18u weg te zijn maar kwam even onaangename druk via eigenaar

Zeer mooie en complete vakantiewoning. Goed onderhouden, alles aanwezig. Enig minpuntje is de geluidsisolatie van de benedenverdieping naar de slaapkamers. Er is geen deur die de beneden van boven afscheidt waardoor het lawaai van beneden vrij goed te horen is boven. Met kleine kinderen kan dat een rol spelen. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Ondanks heel mooi en zeer leuk verblijf, toch enkele bedenkingen ter info. (1) Het verblijf is niet in Maredsous, maar in Mardesous (onbekend gehucht in Mettet); (2) badkamers, slaapkamers, woon- en eetruimte bevatten geen enkele kleerkast, ladenkast, (boeken-)rek; (3) verwarming is centraal geregeld op 21°, heel prettig bijverwarmd met houtkachel, maar 's morgens te koud om te douchen. (4) een beschermhekje voor kachel zou nuttig zijn (4) rookmelders verhinderen fondu, tepanyaki

Fijne vakantiehuis met goeie ontvangst! Ideale ligging voor bezoek aan maredsous en andere leuke activiteiten in de buurt. Heel fijn dat de kachel reeds brandde toen we binnen kwamen. Enkel jammer dat je na 18u niet meer kan genieten van de jacuzzi.

Nous avons passé un séjour super agréable. Maison bien adaptée pour accueillir notre grande famille: 7 adultes et 4 enfants de 2 à 4 ans . Espace, propreté, jardin …Comme la vérité sort de la bouche des enfants, je citerai celle de ma petite fille en découvrant les lieux « tu as choisi une jolie maison mamilou » et mes fils en cœur en partant « tu la reloues quand maman? »

Très beau gîte, propre, jacuzzi extérieur de qualité. Un logement propre, cosy où il fait bon vivre. Seul petit bémol, l'isolation sonore. Dû à une porte communicante avec le gite voisin pour en faire un très grand gîte.
