With its blend of character, comfort and space, this village house combines the amenities you want from a holiday home. Plus, its location, just a few kilometres away from Maredsous, will delight you.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this village house features a large and inviting living area on the ground floor. On one side, there is the kitchen and the dining room, and on the other side, there is the spacious living room.
Upstairs, you will find five comfortable bedrooms and three very well appointed bathrooms.

Outside, you will like spending time on the pleasant terrace and the pretty garden during the summer season to enjoy some special moments with your group.
The small village of Flavion, where this holiday cottage is set, is located in an area rich in tourist attractions. For example, Maredsous and the famous Abbey of Maredsous are just over 10 km away; while the city of Dinant, where you can visit its Citadel, Dinant Evasion: cruises on Meuse, and Dinant Aventure, is about 15 km away.
In this region set between the countryside and the forests and bordered by the Meuse, there are also other attractions to be discovered, such as the Molignée Railbike, Agimont Adventure, and the Gardens of Annevoie.

During your stay, go hiking to explore the surrounding countryside and Maredsous, with its Abbey, cheese and beers.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf! Ideaal voor families met kleine kinderen.
On est un groupe d'amis qui séjourne pour la 3e fois dans cette maison pour discuter philosophie. On ne fait qu'une seule promenade. Donc, on n'est pas intéressé dans les suggestions d'Ardennes Etapes. On requiert seulement un jardin agréable, une terrasse bien aménagée, une cuisine bien équipée, un salon comfortable, plusieurs lits à une personne... Bien que la terrasse manquait un parasol convenable cette année-ci, tout y est dans cette maison. Un grand merci donc.
Beau séjour dans cette maison parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille ! Le gîte est agréable et spacieux.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Jammer dat dw frigo. In de berging niet goed werkt. Voor de rest en heel aangename verblijf.

Gîte présentant toutes les facilités avec de très belles chambres tant pour un weekend en famille ou entre amis. Très propre. La situation géographique est parfaite: proche de Dinant et de Maredsous. Un super gîte en pierre du pays dans un très beau village. Je le conseille vivement.
Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre une semaine avec mes enfants et petits-enfants (13 pers). En bas, les pièces sont spacieuses, une toilette, une belle cuisine avec la vaisselle nécessaire et le matériel utile et une terrasse avec table, chaises et parasol. En haut, de belles grandes chambres, plusieurs salles de bain/douche et wc. La maison est située près de la belle vallée de la Molignée et de Maredsous. Au village une superbe boucherie et boulangerie pour gâter vos papilles.
gîte très agréable pour un séjour intergénérationnel. Dommage que les 12 personnes du gîte ne peuvent pas s'installer autour de la table pour un repas.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse, bien située et très bien équipée. Je recommande pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis.
Belle et grande maison, les chambres (et la literie) étaient top. Jardin très agréable, nous avons mangé tous les jours sur la terrasse (les chaises dans la cuisine et salle à manger n'étant pas très confortables). Petit rafraichissement à prévoir pour la salle à manger et cuisine. Un étendoir à essuis dans la grande salle de bain bleue aurait été pratique.
