This former farm has plenty of character and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with football table, toys and games in the large garden, a terrace, etc.
The quiet atmosphere and light interior in this holiday home are thanks to a very careful renovation. In addition, some authentic elements have been nicely highlighted, such as the brick walls and wooden beams. The new, modern amenities provide a nice contrast. Fancy playing a game? Children, teenagers and adults can enjoy themselves with the different indoor and outdoor games that are available, such as a swing, petanque, badminton, table football or air hockey. The spacious garden is also accessible to the 4 other holiday homes on the estate and is an ideal place for the kids to make new friends! Except for the garden, all the holiday homes are fully detached from one another. And you have your own private terrace. On the ground floor and first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so you can be assured you will get a good night’s sleep. Just as you would expect from a holiday in the countryside!
You are staying in the Condroz, an area where there is a lot to experience. So be sure to get out and about and admire the beautiful abbeys, and riding a railbike over the old railways is a bold choice. This original activity is great fun for the kids!

Met ons zoontje van 1,5j en nog een koppel met baby verbleven we in het huisje. Er was gezegd dat er één kinderstoel was. De stoel was kapot. Ook een tafel buiten was stuk, net zoals sommige nachtkastjes. Het verblijf oogt heel mooi, maar als je verder gaat kijken, valt er veel tegen. Je betaalt voor de opkuis maar moet alle bedden, lakens zelf opruimen. We hebben ook een avond geen warm water gehad. De eigenaar was toen niet bereikbaar. Heel jammer, wij komen niet meer terug.

Antwoord van de eigenaar : "Merci pour votre feedback. Je n'ai pas eu connaissance que la chaise bébé était cassée. Après vérification, celle-ci présente effectivement un dommage mais reste utilisable en toute sécurité. Nous l'avons malgré tout remplacée. Concernant la table de nuit, effectivement, elle avait été endommagée par les précédents locataires partis le jour de votre arrivée et je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de la remplacer directement. Ceci était bien indiqué sur votre état des lieux. La table de nuit a entre-temps été remplacée. Pour le souci d'eau chaude, je n'étais effectivement pas joignable de suite mais suis revenu vers vous 2h plus tard et j'ai eu par la suite confirmation de votre part que tout était en ordre. Après vérification, il apparaît que la programmation a été modifiée par quelqu'un dans le système."

Enkele minpunten: 1. Gebrek aan schaduw op het terras en de jacuzzi. 2. We hadden het geluk om geen buren te hebben maar er is toch weinig privacy. 3. We misten een radio. 4. Temperatuur lavabokraan kamer boven moeilijk te regelen.
