This idyllic holiday home makes all your holiday dreams come true. It is located by its own pond. Long ago, the building was part of the (now restored) watermill from 1500. In 2023, everything was finely renovated so that it now meets not only all modern energy requirements but also your highest comfort wishes. There are 8 luxury bedrooms, each with its own comfortable bathroom. Of course, the kitchen is very completely equipped. In the small lounge, it is cozy sitting by the fireplace, just like in the large lounge (which can also serve as a meeting room) where a second fireplace is ready for you while you play a game of billiards. For complete relaxation, you can go to the sauna. On your covered terrace or on your other terraces, you can enjoy a barbecue. You even have an outdoor kitchen! In your huge garden, you will experience unforgettable moments on the shore of your own pond. There is also a stream on your domain. Fancy a game of petanque? That has been thought of, as well as play equipment for the children. And if it rains? Then they can even have fun inside on 2 swings!
50 meters from your holiday home is a forest. You are therefore in a true paradise for walking and cycling. In the beautiful valley of the Molignée, there are some RAVeL walking and cycling routes and you can even cycle on the rails of a former railway line in a kind of gocart! Zeer mooi huis met grote tuin. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en ook fijn dat hij ook Engels sprak. We waren met een vrienden groep, huis was van alle vermaken voorzien. Het huis is echt een aanrader

Séjour excellent dans un environnement superbe aussi bien concernant le moulin rénové que le jardin bien entretenu. Bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine ainsi qu'un barbecue protégé pour les week-ends pluvieux !

Zeer mooi en propere woning. Als je met kindjes gaat ontbreken er wel deuren of traphekjes naar bv de kelder. Ook de vijver is vrij bereik aar voor kindjes. Wij hadden vissers in ons gezelschap de vijver is niet al te diep en staat vol met wier. Heel veel kleine visjes gevangen en 1 karper en 1 joekel van een forel. Het gras was afgereden maar dit was precies toch al een paar weken geleden. Algemeen een topper van een verblijf en heel goed uitgerust.

We hebben ongelofelijk genoten van ons verblijf. Het is een prachtig huis en alles was tot in de puntjes in orde. De ligging was fantastisch: rustig omgeven door groen en water, met onmiddellijke toegang tot meerdere wandelpaden. Kortom een absolute aanrader!

The house is absolutely stunning, luxury interiors with beautiful surroundings. Great spaces for relaxing, playing games, dinner party, outdoor cooking. This house has everything you need. Bedrooms were great sizes with high end bathrooms.

Wij hebben afgelopen weekend genoten van een fantastisch verblijf in dit vakantiehuis met onze familie. Het huis is werkelijk prachtig, tot in de kleinste details afgewerkt en buitengewoon netjes. Er is genoeg te doen voor iedereen, en het adembenemende uitzicht maakte het helemaal af. Het contact met de eigenaar was ontzettend prettig, alles werd soepel en vriendelijk geregeld. Dit vakantiehuis is een absolute aanrader en verdient zonder twijfel een dikke 10!

Bestens sanierte alte Mühle mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und viel Platz für mehrere Familien. Paradiesisch angelegter Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Große Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen und lange Tafel zum Speisen. Genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten durch zweites Wohnzimmer. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen zu den nahegelegenen Abteien.

We bevonden ons met de familie in een prachtig domein waar alle comfort aanwezig is; heel smaak- en stijlvol ingericht en geheel afgewerkt met de beste materialen. Er was voor ieder wat wils (tussen de 0 en 100jaar ;-)) en dit allemaal in een oase van rust... We werden door de eigenaar heel vriendelijk ontvangen en we kunnen dit verblijf enkel & alleen maar aan iedereen aanraden!

Werkelijk een parel van een vakantiehuis. Alles was perfect in orde. De ontvangst door Max was bijzonder vriendelijk en gaf ons direct een warm welkom. Het huis is van hoge kwaliteit en van alle gemakken voorzien. Slaap- en badkamers waren perfect. Topkwaliteit bedden. De ligging van de woning is fantastisch met veel privacy. Deze woning behoort tot het topsegment van de vakantiewoningen. Niet verder zoeken, gewoon nu boeken. Veel plezier. ?

Cette ancien moulin restauré avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de qualité, est irréprochable. Sa roue à aubes magnifique fournis toute l'énergie au logement. Le séjour fut un vrai bonheur dans cette maison connectée à la domotique, et en pleine nature. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Excellente prestation, cet ancien moulin vient juste d'être entièrement rénové. L'espace intérieur est impressionnant et les extérieurs très bien aménagés. Pas de vis à vis (maison isolée) - pas de risque de perturbation des voisins. Maison très bien équipée.

Magnifique logement dans un cadre idyllique. J'ai fort aimé l’attention portée aux détails dans la rénovation et l’aménagement des lieux. La bâtisse est bourrée de charme. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles sur place. Sans parler du cadre exceptionnel du logement. Les intérieurs sont modernes, luxueux, l’ensemble est géré par un système hyper connecté. Tout est parfaitement pensé pour 18 adultes. Toutes les chambres et salles d’eau sont super confortables. Au top!
