This cottage dating from 1921 has undergone a major 3-star renovation so you can completely unwind here. A stylish, trendy interior, a fitness room and spa with an infrared sauna and jacuzzi to relax body and mind, a private terrace to enjoy the sun... Everything has been done to perfection so that you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Our personal favourite? The "Kota", a cosy, hexagonal log cabin with Finnish roots. Herdsmen used to use them for shelter and food. And now it's your turn! Here you have a similar garden house with built-in fireplace and BBQ, good for an extraordinary evening and a good portion of Scandinavian cosiness!
The holiday home is located in a French village but don't let that stop you from enjoying the Belgian Ardennes! Discover the picturesque valley of the Semois, let yourself be charmed by the charming village of Corbion or explore the Domain of "Les Epioux".For a first discovery, we recommend the "Les Recours" loop that starts in Chassepierre and takes you through a wooded area with many large lakes. The region also offers some of the most beautiful views of the Ardennes , such as Le Tombeau du Geant or the Rocher du Chat. It is a bit of a climb but the view over the Herbeumont region is well worth it!
A special playlist, with your favourite people in the car, winding roads leading you through valleys and forests to an oasis of peace... To take time for yourself, you really don't need to venture far from home!

Top madame en ontvangst. Ze legden ons volledig in de watten. Zeer netjes en er is zeer veel aanwezig in het vakantiehuisje. Heel de week hittegolf dus niet kunnen gebruik maken van de Finse kota. Dus reden om terug te komen. Geslaagde vakantie.

Des notre arrivée, Marie a été au petit soin. Chaque détail dans la maison a été pris en compte. Nous avions l’impression d’être chez nous. Marie est une hôte super gentille et agréable et ces petites attentions à l’accueil font plaisir après avoir fait la route et q’on dépose nos affaires. En tout cas, c’est sûr qu’on reviendra chez Marie.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille :-) Nous avons adoré le moment détente dans le ruisseau près de la Roche à l'appel (superbe vue). Concernant le gîte : Marie avait pensé à tout... mais vraiment à tout ! Un tout grand merci pour ces quelques jours de relaxation au cœur de la nature.

Een prachtig huis dat de perfecte uitvalsbasis was voor al onze dagtripjes naar ondermeer Verdun en Luxemburg stad. 's avonds konden we bekomen in de jacuzzi die dagelijks voor ons gecontroleerd werd. De gastvrijheid van Marie is hartverwarmend. De koelkast stak al vol lekkernijen zodat we ons geen zorgen moesten maken voor het eerste ontbijt. We kunnen dit verblijf ten zeerste aanraden.

Alles was zoals beschreven op de site. Zeer goede ontvangst door een heel vriendelijke eigenares. Een huis met een heel goed uitgeruste keuken, opgedekte bedden bij aankomst (wat een luxe), badkamer tip top in orde. En bovenal de wellness die heel goed in orde is en een zaligheid is na de wandelingen in de buurt. We hebben de Kota enkele malen gebruikt tijdens ons verblijf, hoe gezellig is dat. Wij komen terug zeker en vast.
