Built in 2016, this holiday cottage is fully equipped for four people. The owner was particularly attentive to offer an optimal level of comfort and designed this lodging as much for families as for two couples.
This 4 star holiday home is the perfect place for an inviting and relaxing holiday. As soon as enter you will be charmed by the unique atmosphere of this cottage. With its very authentic decoration, the living room offers more than one surprise: you will be happy to discover them all. Foodies will be delighted to know that they can concoct delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Couples will particularly appreciate this element of comfort worthy of a hotel. To give a touch of luxury to your stay, a cosy wellness area equipped with infrared cabin and a jacuzzi was arranged next to the rooms for pleasant moments of total relaxation.
When the weather is nice, you will enjoy the lovely garden and its terrace. And even though your cottage is located next to another holiday home for nine people, your privacy is guaranteed.
Your holiday home is located in a charming hamlet near Modave and its castle, in the municipality of Marchin.
The building is in the centre of a very well preserved hamlet, which really deserves to be explored on foot. So you can enjoy some wonderful walks starting right from your holiday rental.
The cottage is located in the province of Liège, in a land famous for its properties with character.
We strongly recommend a visit to the Jehay Castle and its museum: two local heritage sites.
If you are staying with your family, spend an afternoon at the Farm de la Bourgade Farmer's Golf Course: fun times are guaranteed!
Another unusual way to discover the region is to travel through the Bocq Railway.

Fijn vakantiehuis met leuke extra's zoals de pooltafel en de wellnes zeker bij het gure herfstweer. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen en zaken te bezoeken. Weekendje te kort. We moesten even de juiste deur zoeken maar de eigenaar doet alles om ons goed te informeren en ons welkom te heten. Fijn!

Prima huis met af en toe een voorbijrijdende auto. Ik denk dat de eigenaar wel even wat kleine dingen moet repareren, zoals de kapotte biljartkeu's, lampje in de frigo en nog wat kleine dingen. De afzuiging in de badkamer kan ook wat sterker. Een serieus punt vind ik wel de houten trap naar beneden. De onderste trede is opeens zwart graniet exact de kleur van de vloer, ben twee keer bijna gevallen en had nog niet gedronken. Wij hebben het prima maar ons zin gehad, attent flesje wijn!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit ruime huis. We hebben erg genoten van de jacuzzi en de infrarood sauna en houtkachel. Tip voor de eigenaar: repareer eea en dan is de waardering echt zeer goed. Wat wij als TOP hebben ervaren is dat we geen extra kosten hadden voor het hout, in tegenstelling tot andere verblijven!! We komen graag terug.

Heerlijk huis met alles er op en er aan. Pooltafel dagelijks veel gebruikt, jacuzzi iedere avond voor het slapen gaan. Sauna niet gebruikt. Leuk dat er een jukebox stond ,echter zeer jammer dat deze het niet deed, had het helemaal compleet gemaakt.

Zeer leuk huisje, voorzien van 2 ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Er is veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt van de pooltafel, jaccuzzi en infrarood sauna. Ligging is zeer rustig, er zijn wel meerdere huizen op het terrein die ook worden verhuurd, maar wij hebben verder geen geluid van buren gehoord. Het enige wat we misten was een douche in de wellness ruimte. Nu moet je eerst douchen in je badkamer, vervolgens nat door je slaapkamer naar de wellness ruimte, wat ik zelf wat onhandig vond.

Het huis was een leuk huis om in te verblijven. Er is veel gebruik gemaakt van de pooltafel en ook de sauna en jacuzzi waren aangenaam. Alleen is er boven in het huis totaal geen verbinding qua wifi of bereik van de telefoon provider, waardoor ik ook niet gebeld kon worden mocht er iets aan de hand zijn met familie. Maar verder was het een aangenaam huis om In te verblijven.

Jacuzie water is heel vies en de water stonk naar muf. Filter van jacuzie erg vies, poppen op de muur zijn eng en ongemaal gevoel geven. Tv doet jet niet, geen chanel op de tv. Keukengerei stoffig en koelkast la is kapot en nog niet vervangen.

Très agréable maison de campagne. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement en famille de sa partie wellness et passé de chouettes soirées à jouer au billard. Plusieurs balades nature au départ de la maison. Le propriétaire a prévu toutes les informations sur place (concernant la maison, les balades à faire...) et est accessible facilement pour toute question.

Heerlijk huis op een fantastische plek! De omgeving is waanzinnig mooi! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, geweldig om een weekend tot rust te komen of gezellig met vrienden een weekend weg te gaan. Het schoonmaken laat helaas te wensen open en er zijn een aantal dingen kapot. Dit zou echt beter kunnen. Desalniettemin de moeite waard om dit huis te bezoeken!
