This large contemporary house has multiple assets: an infrared sauna and jacuzzi for you to relax whenever you feel like it (a real pleasure in winter or when returning from a long walk), a TV room on the mezzanine to watch your favourite series in total tranquillity (or allow the children to enjoy their cartoons without disturbing you), 3 pretty bedrooms with a soothing view over the surrounding countryside and a spacious and well-decorated living room. Outdoors, the large terrace and vast garden are just perfect for a barbecue, lingering over drinks, a football game... or whatever you like.
The holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, in the peace and quiet and it’s a real pleasure if you’re looking for tranquillity. The view over the Condroz plains is so soothing and truly has a beneficial effect. In the confines of Namur province, the region is ideal for hikes or bike rides. Would you like to discover the local heritage? Visit the magnificent Castle of Modave or Fort of Huy.

Please note that this gîte is designed for 6 adults maximum. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra children.

This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…

Perfect om met een groep meiden op weekend te gaan.
We hadden een mtb weekend gepland met vrienden. De eigenaar kwam ons tegemoet wat betreft de aankomst bij het huis wat zeer gewaardeerd werd. Verder een prima huis met alles erop en eraan. Slaapkamers waren wat aan de kleine kant maar niet als vervelend ervaren. De jacuzzi is ruim en was heerlijk op temperatuur. Kortom een top weekend in een gewoon goed huis.
Zeer leuk verblijf met fantastische tuin!
Mooi en rustig gelegen
Een heel fijn verblijf! De trap & de tuin is niet zo ‘kids-proof’ omdat deze niet afgesloten is & de tuin open is aan beide kanten maar voor de rest zeer tevreden. Jacuzzi mocht wel zeker warmer… zeker met de kindjes. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden en ook over het ontvangst!
Heerlijk vakantie huis, met fijne tuin en wellness faciliteiten. Veel privacy ook omdat het huis rustig gelegen is. Het meubilair kan beter, stoelen waren niet top, bank beetje doorgezakt. Helaas waren de bedden ook minder. Maar al met al is het huis zeker een aanrader en als de verbeterpunten worden doorgevoerd helemaal top!
Zeer mooie woning in rustige omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst door gastvrouw. Woning is voorzien van alle nodige behoeften...oven, microgolf, koffiezet, afwasmachine, wasmachine, droogkast.. Supergezellig lang weekend gehad met kids en kleinkids!?
Zeer mooi en modern huis, aangename ontvangst en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader.

Mooi, rustig gelegen vakantie huis met welnee. Echter vonden we de temp van de jacuzzi wat laag(max 37). Voor de rest helemaal in orde
Mooie, schone en goed onderhouden woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Jacuzzi na het fietsen was erg lekker. Er ontbrak alleen iets van een tuinslang oid (om de fietsen mee af te spuiten).
Propere woning met voldoende binnenruimte en zeer grote tuin. Welness aanwezig. Alle nodige voorzieningen in de keuken. Ijskast mocht iets groter. Kinderbed en stoel aanwezig maar niet echt babyproof. Open trap zonder hek, glazen binnendeur. Zeer fijne en rustige omgeving om te vertoeven. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.
Zeer mooi huis op een toplocatie. De huiseigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en hebben alle nodige details goed overlopen. Tip: Neem een basispakket van producten mee zoals afwasblokjes, wasmiddel, extra toiletpapier...
Chouette séjour dans les Ardennes. La maison était très jolie, moderne, confortable et propre. Environnement calme. Dommage qu'il n'y avait aucun produit de nettoyage à disposition, ça aurait été bien d'avoir par exemple 2-3 pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, du savon pour les mains dans les toilettes, etc. A part ceci, rien à signaler, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!
Maison très jolie et très bien située dans un environnement calme où de chouettes balades peuvent être réalisées. Le jaccuzzi et le sauna sont évidemment un grand plus pour une détent totale.
Fijn huis met voldoende ruimte binnen en een grote tuin. Heerlijk voor de kinderen waren de jacuzzi en sauna. In de omgeving genoeg te doen en te beleven.
Zeer leuk en praktisch huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De jacuzzi was een absolute meerwaarde. Een echte aanrader.
