It has a total of six bedrooms (including three which are adjoining), and three bathrooms, so the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all apart, allowing everyone to go about their business but also to get together for pleasant moments. The large sofas and armchairs in the living room, arranged in front of the wood-burning stove, are ideal for enjoying cosy moments. This beautiful 17th-century residence features a contemporary decor and is equipped with all the modern comforts, such as a hi-fi system and an internet connection. The 1200 m² private garden and its pond will please everyone. With the garden furniture, you can comfortably relax and enjoy a meal there, thanks to the barbecue available as well.
Your holiday cottage is located close to several attractions, and there are some lovely landscapes in the surroundings. Indeed, the situation of Orval in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes offers many activities in a wooded area, such as a boat trip with Passeurs Réunis, a kayak excursion with Kayak l’Embarcadère or a variety of outdoor sports at the Cap Nature Activity Centre. And for a cultural outing, head to the castles in the towns of Prouvy and Tintigny.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons weekend in le moulin de la Soye! De vriendelijke ontvangst door Domi mnique die speciaal voor ons de kerstboom al gezet had met sfeerverlichting, zijn behulpzaamheid als.we iets te kort hadden enz hebben we enorm geapprecieerd. Het huis is ruim en gezellig en het is idyllisch gelegen aan een mooi meer met 2 zwanen. We komen terug!

Maison tout confort, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, installée dans un très joli cadre bucolique et reposant L'extérieur peut donner l'impression que le bâtiment est mal entretenu mais l'intérieur est bien agencé propre et spacieux la literie est bonne Très bon accueil de la part du gardien, attentionné, discret et sympathique Indication de l'entrée du lieu est peut être à revoir on passe facilement devant sans voir l'endroit

+ Huisje is gezellig en proper. + Ligging naast het bos en water is zeer mooi. + Goed uitgeruste keuken - Wij waren er tijdens de feestdagen moesten het terrein dus delen met conciërge, zijn gasten en 3 honden. De privacy was dus wel vrij laag. Vooral niet tof als conciërge binnenkomt op gelijkvloers annex (zonder vragen of kloppen) terwijl je boven naakt in bad zit. - Voor de prijs mag het wel wat meer zijn. Een Vuurkorf, haard, bbq of sauna mogen wel voor deze prijs.

Zéér rustig gelegen vakantiehuis, omringd door groot domein. Prachtige locatie in een zéér mooie oud huis waar men oude elementen heeft behouden aangevuld met moderne accessoires. Locatie biedt vele mogelijkheden tot wandelen. Alléén jammer dat de geschiedenis van het huis enkel in het Frans te lezen is.

Tres chouette et agreable maison entoure de la nature. Dommage que c'etait seulement pour le weekend! :-) A recommander. Si j'ai une critique cest qu'on a du ammener beaucoup de choses de la maison, draps, essuies, savons lessive... etc Mais je comprends aussi. Et peut-etre aussi mettre dans l'annonce ce qu'il ya comme epices quil faut ammener des filtres pour la machine a cafe, si on aime boire du cafe le matin. Comme ca on peut encore mieux s'organiser. Pour le reste TOP!
