This charming and comfortable holiday home located in the French Ardennes, very close to the Belgian border, was fully renovated in 2022. The fully equipped kitchen and the living room both have a cheerful pellet stove. You can relax in the lounge space with a hot tub and infrared sauna. A stream in which children can splash about in the summer runs alongside the large garden. There is a secure bicycle shed and parking for six cars.
Walking enthusiasts will find much to enjoy here. A long hiking trail literally starts at the doorstep. Thanks to free premium access to the SityTrail hiking and cycling app, Ardennes-étape customers can discover more than 2,500 wonderful hiking and cycling routes in the Ardennes. Equestrian enthusiasts can visit the nearby equestrian centre in Pure, or visit Bouillon for a unique experience: guided horseback rides along the Semois River. You can also try your hand at kayaking and canoeing on the Chiers River nearby. Head over to Bouillon to kayak 7, 14, or 28 km up the Semois or to Chiny, where the kayak and canoe routes range from 8 to 22 km. Be sure to visit the legendary Orval Abbey free of charge!

Vakantiehuis was heel net, gezellig en alles was meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Ook het ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Het vakantiehuis bestaat uit 2 delen en om van het ene huis naar het andere te gaan moest je wel langs buiten maar was voor ons niet erg.

Erg net huis. Alleen vreemd dat de energiekosten apart werden gerekend en als je dan meer verbruikt moest je bij betalen, maar als je minder verbruikt krijg je niks terug. In de omgeving is weinig te doen, maar dat is ook weer erg fijn als je de rust wilt opzoeken.

Augusta était accueillante bien avant le séjour. Je l'ai contactée un mois à l'avance pour poser des questions et elle m'a aidé directement et avec plaisir. Elle nous a accueillis et nous a donné un tour. Le gîte même était très sympa et bien équipé. Nous voudrions y retourner pour un autre séjour !

Maison conforme à la description, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. We hebben een fantastische vakantieweek doorgebracht in deze mooie opgeknapte boerderij. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles schoon en super netjes op orde. De omgeving was ook geweldig en heeft waanzinnig mooie wandelgebieden. Wij hebben enorm genoten!

Nous avons fait confiance à ce site pour réserver notre week-end entre amis, avec pour objectif de découvrir la région à moto. Une fois arrivés sur place, ce fut une superbe découverte : un endroit très bucolique, un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, ainsi que d’excellents conseils pour nos balades dans la région. Et pour couronner le tout, la météo était également de la partie ! Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et est très fonctionnel. Je vous le recommande vivement !

Als familie met ouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen hadden we een uitstekend verlengd weekend in Osnes. Het mooie huis was uitermate geschikt, heel gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Heel goed in orde ook qua servies, keukenbenodigdheden... Alles was zeer netjes ! De jacuzzi was overdekt en toch voelde je de frisse buitenlucht, een goede vondst ! Achteraan in de tuin stroomde een rivier, opletten met kleine kinderen maar wel heel charmant. Het huis is prachtig gelegen, zeer rustig . Een aanrader !

Zeer mooi in de natuur gelegen vakantiehuis. Zeer fijn ontvangst en de vakantiewoning was van alle gemakken voorzien. Bubbelbad en sauna in de buitenlucht en stromend beekje direct achter de woning maakten het plaatje compleet. Bezienswaardigheden in de directe omgeving zijn er voldoende voor een langer verblijf. Een goeie tip voor een lekkere maaltijd in de buurt (en doorlopend geopend) is Domaine du Banel. (zeker met kinderen vanwege speeltuin) Kortom: De woning is zeker een aanrader!!

Mooi vakantie huis in de Franse ardennen, met fijne jaccuzi en grote tuin. Mocht je echter opzoek naar naar wat meer privacy dan zou ik verder zoeken, eigenaren wonen tegenover en voeren tijdens het verblijf activiteiten uit rondom het vakantiehuis.

We hebben als familie van twee losse gezinnen een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Augusta en Eric in hun prachtig verbouwde huis in Osnes. We voelden onszelf direct op ons gemak na een warm en hartelijk ontvangst. Het vakantiehuis is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei interessante bezienswaardigheden en mooie stadjes en dorpjes. Zowel Sedan als Verdun, Bouillon en Orval zijn de moeite van een bezoek waard. Villy la Ferté heeft een prachtige omgeving.! Deze streek ademt geschiedenis.
