This farmhouse, which dates back to 1889 and is typical of the Hesbaye region, is on a 4,000 m² property in the heart of the Burdinale and Mehaigne Valleys Nature Reserve. To ensure your full enjoyment, it was recently tastefully renovated to create a charming ‘wellness’ space.
Formerly the owner’s family home, it is now the perfect way to secure some ‘time for yourself’.
It has two comfortable suites, as well as living spaces that are ideally suited for a weekend focused on relaxation. Throughout your stay, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the outdoor pool in the utmost privacy as well as the lovely wellness space with an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool bath, massage bed… In addition, all the rooms in this charismatic house have mainly been furnished with items personally created by the lady of the house.
Lastly, the owners have taken care of everything to ensure you have a wonderful stay in this splendid property:
- Bedsheets and towels are provided during your stay, and the house will be cleaned after your departure.
- There is the option, at your request and via our preferred partners, to arrange a varied catering at home service.
If, in spite of all this, you want to leave this haven of authenticity for a while, you could go on some of the numerous walks on offer in the Burdinale and Mehaigne Valleys Nature Reserve or take a shot at the 18 holes at the wonderful Naxhelet golf course.
You’ll be close to Braives and Huy, where you can find all the shops and restaurants you could need. Huy Fort is also worth mentioning; you may wish to visit it, too.

Bien en général Une petite note négative pour la température de la piscine : annoncée 32° sur votre site. Mais en réalité 30° (ces 2 degrés compte pour la relaxation). Confirmation de la propriétaire. C'est la température de la pièce qui est de 32°. Les promenade proposée dans le gîte sont très belle.

Mooi huis, goed ingericht en veel gebruik gemaakt van het binnenzwembad ( buiten was het water al te koud). Lag niet echt in de Ardennen. Maar bijv. Naar de grotten van Han, dat was een uurtje rijden. Goed te doen. Misschien een tip is om te vragen hoeveel slaapkamers je wilt gebruiken. In ons geval, 2 vrienden, hadden mede geboekt om 2 slaapkamers. Bij aankomst moesten we vragen om de 2e slaapkamer ook te openen.
