This spacious and neatly laid-out new building in the province of Liège may easily host up to 16 persons thanks to its 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything was thought up to guarantee unforgettable holidays. You will enjoy modern comfort and some quality equipment. You will also appreciate some relaxing moments in the sauna after long forest walks or ski excursions. The children will be happy to find a playroom with table football as well as a private garden with slide and swing. The living space hosts a large dining-room where you will enjoy some convivial meals. The sitting-room has warm atmosphere with its comfortable armchairs, its chimney and its exposed stone wall. You will also have access to a superb, fully-equipped kitchen that will charm the most demanding gourmets. Ligging is dicht bij langlaufpiste in Ovivat (op wandelafstand). Veel wandelingen mogelijk in directe omgeving. Rustig gelegen in een woonwijk. Een aanrader voor een familie met kleine kinderen maar ook adolesenten of vriendengroep
Zeer goed alles was naar wens
Wir ( 4 Generationen) verbrachten 1 Woche in dem schön und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Sauna wurde ausgiebig genutzt die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein.

Très chouette séjour en famille.
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Küche des Hauses ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch das gesamte Haus ist sauber und hinterlässt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Fijn ruim huis. Goed voorziene keuken, waar de 2 afwasmachines en 2 koelkasten erg handig waren. Zowel Nespresso- als koffiezetapparaat erg plezierig. Ruime tuin met zowel zon als schaduw.
Maison spacieuse, agréable et propre. Le jardin est magnifique et les promenades juste à côté sont superbes. La communication a été limpide, l'arrivée comme le départ ont été très faciles. On recommande vivement !
Prima huis om te verblijven met groep van 15 mensen, zeker bij lekker weer om in de tuin te verblijven. Aandachtspunten zijn de douches (regelen temperatuur lastig) en de standoverlast aan 1 zijde (rioollucht)

Het is een fantastisch huis, zeer netjes! Heel mooi gelegen en alles is voldoende aanwezig. Dit was de tweede keer in dit huis, waarschijnlijk gaan we volgende keer weer naar een ander deel van de Ardennen, maar we kunnen dit huis echt aanbevelen!
Mooie locatie, huis met voldoende capaciteit ( stoelen, zetels,...) Misschien een haardroger ter beschikking stellen, is altijd handig
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus und der Umgebung! Ein Tripp in die Ardennen ist absolut zu empfehlen!
Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf met familie en kinderen en kleinkinderen. Nette woning en we hadden het geluk van goed weer te hebben zodat we zelfs in april van de tuin konden gebruik maken.
Toplocatie en tophuis fijn weekend gehad met 16 personen en 2 honden ging prima

Maison très accueillante, vieillissante mais bien entretenue,literie très correcte, espaces agréables, sauna très correct et agréable avec un petit espace pour se changer. Seul point gris le manque de pression dans les sanitaires. Et ce qui ne gâche rien, des propriétaires très sympas et loin d'être intrusifs. Bref on recommande
Aangename woning. Alles aanwezig , maar wel beetje verouderd. Zeer goede ligging voor wandelingen. Veel te bezichtigen in korte omgeving.
Dit huis biedt te weinig comfort voor zijn prijs. De locatie is wel top, prachtige streek met veel keuke plaatsjes in de buurt.

We genoten van een wintermooi verblijf in dit vakantiehuis. De tuin lag onder een dikke laag sneeuw, heerlijk om een sneeuwman te maken of af te koelen na de sauna. Ideaal gelegen als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in deze mooie streek. Alle faciliteiten voor een groep van 16, het voelde nooit krap.
Groot en fijn huis om met een grote groep met kindjes op vakantie te komen. Prachtige streek om te wandelen. De badkamers zijn vrij klein, maar voor de rest is het huis prima!
We logeerden met 13 volwassenen in dit geweldig vakantiehuis. Dit was perfect. De keuken is uitstekend uitgerust, de slaapkamers zeer functioneel en netjes. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep steeds vlot en correct.

Uitstekend verblijf! Fijne keuken, gezellige woonkamer! Misschien handig voor hondeneigenaars: de tuin is niet afgesloten. Top huisje om te boeken met een vriendengroep. Badkamers en slaapkamers zijn niet supermodern, maar alle nodige voorzieningen zijn er.
Gezellig en gemakkelijk huisje met grote groepen, de vele kamers zijn een grote meerwaarde!
