This modern 3.5-star holiday home for 15 guests is located in Ovifat, a municipality in the province of Liège, in the Belgian Ardennes. The owners’ bet paid off when they renovated it in 2013 to convert it into a beautiful holiday home.
The bright living room has a transparent wood-burning stove specially designed for this holiday home. It gives you a pleasant holiday feeling in the winter. The well-equipped kitchen and the spacious dining room have everything necessary for culinary success on your holiday!
With its eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, you have all the comfort necessary thanks to this modern architecture. Have a relaxing bath and enjoy the large windows. Everything here has been designed to ensure your complete privacy!
The exterior also has everything to ensure maximum enjoyment: a private garden where your children and dog(s) can play, and a private patio fully equipped with garden furniture. A BBQ grill completes the picture.
The location of this holiday home is perfect in cold or warm weather.
In winter, you’ll have the option of enjoying the pleasures of snow. The first option, and perhaps the most obvious one, is to set off on a walk with your dog on a lead. Another option is to try cross-country skiing or downhill skiing.
In the spring and summer, you can have fun at Robertville Lake and Dam. You can cool off in the water, sunbathe, or have a lovely walk: everything is possible. Not much further away, you can also explore Reinhardstein Castle, which has regained its former glory.
Shopaholics and epicureans will love the charming city of Malmedy, located just a few kilometres away.

Zeer mooi huis voor onze gezinsvakantie (8 volwassenen en 6 kinderen). We hadden geluk dat er sneeuw was en de skipistes nog niet open (kleinkineren konden goed sleeen). Jacuzzi is zeer goed geplaatst (enkel een waterkraan dichtbij zou beter zijn om de jacuzzi bij te vullen). Badkamers zijn soms wat klein maar dit wordt gecompenseerd omdat er zo veel zijn. Goede (winter)barbeque. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en uitzwaai. (haard mocht wat properder zijn).Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug
