Are you looking for a calm, green and comfortable place? This 3-star cottage for four people is the perfect place to spend a holiday with family or friends near Paliseul.
Upon your arrival, you will love the beautiful environment that surrounds this small cottage.
The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor. First, you will find the entrance hall, you then climb three steps to get to the warm living area. There is a beautiful kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove to spend cosy evenings by the fire.
On the same level, you have access to the furnished terrace that overlooks the meadow next door, where you can see the friendly little goats. A private fenced garden surrounds the terrace.
If you go upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as one bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Also, in the hallway on the first floor, there is a play area with a mini football table, mini billiards and board games.
If you like to go fishing and you have the necessary permissions, you will be happy to know that you can fish in the village.
You will be staying in the region of Paliseul, located 15 kilometres away from Bouillon and Bertrix and 30 kilometres away from Saint-Hubert. You will find many tourist attractions in the area, such as Baudet d'âne, the Euro Space Center, the Bouillon Animal Park and Kayak Les Epinoches.
So both young and old will find something to be happy about.

Gezellige, propere woning!
Fijn vakantiehuis, comfortabel en compleet ingericht. Heel aardige en behulpzame gastheer.
Gastvrije ontvangst. Heerlijk rustig gelegen, kraaknet en goed uitgerust. Leuk om de paarden en pony's heel de dag te zien grazen in de wei ernaast. Het huisje is mooier in het echt dan op de foto's: mooie authentieke details bv oude muur is behouden, mooie verlichting. Enkel heb ik een klein keukentrapje gemist op in de keuken ook bovenaan de kasten iets te nemen. Proficiat aan Daniel en Marie Christine voor de zorg die zij besteden aan hun gite!!
The locaties of the house was ex ellent, in a quitestreet, withnice view on a meadow withsome horses, and the sunset. Everythi g in the house was well organised easy to use and made of high quality materials, except fir the sofa, wich was not so comfy, a bit to soft , Host ,as very friendly,and gave some good ideas of things to do iin the neighbourhood. Definetely the best place we stayed in the Ardennes so far.

Très beau gîte dans un charmant village. Propreté impeccable du gîte. Comfortable et agréable.
Maison très propre, pratique et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont vraiment des gens très sympathiques, l'accueil était vraiment super. Ne cherchez pas des balades ou activités avant, le propriétaire vous a tout prémâché il n'y a plus qu'à choisir.

Zeer mooi en proper huisje. We kregen een vriendelijk ontvangst en alle nodige uitleg. Alles was zeer net en modern. Oprecht niets aan op te merken. Ook zeer mooie en rustige omgeving, perfect om er even van tussenuit te gaan.

Verzorgde, goed uitgeruste woning op een mooie locatie. Ontvangst door de gastheer was uitstekend.
Warm huis en mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving. ?
Heel erg proper, goed uitgerust en onderhouden vakantiewoning op een rustige locatie. Speelhoek voorzien waardoor verblijf heel erg aangenaam was voor onze jonge kinderen. 2 ruime parkeerplaatsen zodat je snel en gemakkelijk boodschappen/bagage kunt in- en uitladen. Zeer aangenaam contact met de verhuurders. Topverblijf!
Prima vakantie huisje. Niet super groot maar groot genoeg voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Alles netjes en voldoende aanwezig. Eigenaar vriendelijk en bij aankomst krijg je rondleiding en uitleg over de omgeving. Veel handige wandel en MTB kaarten in het huisje aanwezig. Spelletjes ook aanwezig.
Mooi en overal dichtbij
We moesten ons verblijf vroegtijdig afbreken wegens kwetsuur na val met MTB. We zijn van plan snel terug te boeken.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars die naast de deur wonen, ze zijn ook steeds ter beschikking bij eventuele vragen. De geplastificeerde wandelkaarten waren erg handig.
Bij aankomst kregen wij een superwarm ontvangst! Kregen veel tips van locale restaurants en bakker e.d. We zijn op advies gaan eten bij Le Fournil. Super geslaagd!! We hebben genoten van de stilte en het mooi uitzicht. Het huisje is mooi ingericht, heel praktisch en huiselijk. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis. Het privé-tuintje is zekerst een pluspunt! Gelegen in een prachtig gebied om te wandelen en te ontdekken. Echt een toplocatie verhuurd door superlieve mensen!
Zeer goeie ligging voor wandelaars. Zeer nette woning. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de uitbater.
Zeer mooi huisje met gezellig tuintje gelegen in een klein rustig dorpje. Goed ingericht, alles wat ons noodzakelijk of handig lijkt van materiaal was aanwezig. Heel aangename, vriendelijke eigenaars die ons goed hebben ontvangen en alle nodige info (winkels, wandelingen, activiteiten...) gaven. Een adresje om te onthouden.
Wij komen zeker terug. 1 van de beste vakantiehuisjes ooit. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door de gastheer, kraaknet huisje, heel praktisch, alles aanwezig in de keuken, leuke rustige ligging en gezellig terras. Kortom, het was top!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec 2 enfants dont une en bas-âge. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et mettent à disposition le nécessaire pour les jeunes enfants (chaise haute, coussin à langer, lit de voyage, petit pot) de façon à rendre le séjour plus confortable. Le logement est moderne, très propre et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Je recommande fortement ce gîte ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.
Ideaal huis voor klein gezin. Ontvangst was supervriendelijk. Huisje heeft alles wat moet en was supernetjes. Wandelroutes die voor de deur lopen. Genoeg informatie van de streek aanwezig. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de Activity Pass van Ardennes-Etape dus dat heeft ons wel wat reducties gegeven. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Een heel goed verzorgd en proper huis in een rustig gelegen straatje. Heel vriendelijk en goed georganiseerd eigenaar. Ontvangst was heel goed met duidelijk uitleg over de mogelijkheden in de buurt (winkels, bakkers, slagers, wandelkaarten,...). Dankjewel!
Rustig gelegen in doodlopende straat in een klein rustig dorp. Alle kamers gelegen in het westen.Tal van wandelingen in de bosrijke omgeving.
