Although very easy to reach via the motorway, this holiday home is situated towards the dead-end of a private road, taking you far away from it all. The breathtaking views are sure to give you that blissful holiday feeling from the moment you arrive. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen, charming dining room and cosy lounge flow seamlessly into each other, giving a very pleasant open, spacious feeling. Drenched in lots of natural light, the entire property has been furnished in a modern style, with stunning views visible throughout. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace, a great place to relax and sit together along the long outside table. Perfect for a laid-back barbecue. One of the 5 bedrooms, along with one of the 4 bathrooms, is conveniently located on the ground floor. On the same floor, you will also find a dedicated playroom with games and television for the little ones. In the basement, the older kids are sure to love the table football and the dartboard. On the first floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms, with two of the bedrooms opening out onto the second terrace, perfect for sunbathing in front of this most unique of panoramas. In the spacious garden, children will love the trampoline, while both young and old can challenge each other to a round of pétanque on the pétanque court. Along with having your own separate parking area, you also have one electric charging station.
You find yourself in the delightful Pays de Herve region, close to the village of Petit-Rechain, as well as the city of Verviers, a lively city at the edge of the High Fens, home to Belgium's largest nature reserve. At the Gileppe dam, you can quench your thirst for both adventure and gastronomy, with a glass tower restaurant offering breathtaking 360° views of the area! Het huis is zeer mooi gerenoveerd huis, met voldoende licht en een zeer mooi uitzicht. Er is een petanquebaan, een pingpongtafel, een voetbaltafel en een jaloezie. Wij waren er met 10 familieleden en vonden het een zeer aangename plek. Je kan in het Land Van Herve wandelen, je kan ook binnen de 20 minuten rijden naar volstrekt andere landschappen. Ivan V.

GEWELDIG!!! Mooi huis, modern ingericht, goed uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden, leuke speelkelder en trampoline buiten voor de kinderen,... en fijn vertoeven in de jaccuzi met uitzicht op de koetjes. We hebben ons goed geamuseerd dit weekend! Een aanrader!

Één mooie, schone villa met een heerlijke jaccuzi. We zijn daar met 10 volwassenen en 2 kinderen geweest. Zowel de kinderen hebben zich in de tuin vermaakt met de trampoline als het speelgoed wat daar lag en de volwassenen met de jaccuzi en de kelder. Wij hebben een mooie verblijf gehad. De villa was mooi, groot en schoon. Enige kleine min punt was dat de keuken benodigdheden beperk waren maar dat is iets kleins. Bedankt Flonrence. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Een mooie woning met veel faciliteiten. Wandelwegen zijn er in mindere mate, daar bedoel ik mee voor familie en kinderen in de buurt. Je hebt de auto nodig om mooie wandelwegen te vinden. Zekers niet aan te merken op de woning. Spijtig waren de weergoden ons niet goed gezind

Een zeer mooi huis met een geweldig zicht vanuit de tuin. De drukke straat die naar het huis leidt is niet ideaal als je een korte wandeling wil gaan maken met kleinere kinderen maar verder zijn er amper minpunten. De ontvangst was hartelijk en het huis zelf is goed uitgerust. De leefruimte/keuken op het gelijkvloers is ruim en van hoge kwaliteit. De slaapkamers zijn voldoende ruim met goede bedden. Prijs kwaliteit is het huis zeer goed en ik zet het tussen mijn favorieten voor in de toekomst.

Une maison magnifique ! Grand confort dans les chambres et les salles de bains, de grands espaces, une cuisine idéale, et une très belle vue sur la campagne depuis l’immense séjour. Les enfants ont adoré les jeux dans les jolies caves voûtées ou dans la salle de jeux. Je recommande vraiment cette maison pour passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La propriétaire est charmante et sera à votre écoute.

Nette, moderne en goed onderhouden villa. Jammer dat de eigenaresse alleen Frans spreekt (geen Engels of Nederlands). De zeer beperkte communicatie heeft tot extra kosten voor ons geleid. Zoals bijv. badlakens ontvingen wij op het bed, terwijl wij deze zelf hadden meegebracht. Dus wel ongevraagd kosten in rekening gebracht. Ook de houten wastafelmeubel was niet waterdicht behandeld, waardoor er watervlekken zijn ontstaan. Het was een geweldige weekend, maar voor ons met een beetje nasmaak.

J'ai décidé de louer cette jolie maison pour un week-end KŒLÍA sans gluten entre cœliaques et sensibles au gluten. Ruim, comfortabel en sfeervol huis met schitterend uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Doordat iedereen zijn eigen badkamer heeft en er verschillende plekken zijn om te zitten, heeft iedereen zijn privacy terwijl je toch samen weg bent. Comfortabele bedden, zeer schone badkamers en ontzettend smaakvol ingericht. Echt top allemaal!
