This renovated small farmhouse lies in Sippenaeken, a rural area of Plombières in the Liège province and not far away from the Tripoint where the borders of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany meet.
The rural surroundings of vast meadows create a haven of peace and tranquility around the holiday house.
The whole building consists of two holiday homes plus the owner's personal house. Each part is of course separated from each other and your privacy is totally guaranteed.
The farmhouse is still actively run by the owner. Surely worth a visit!
This holiday cottage can comfortably host from 18 to 20 persons. The interior design has been successfully thought up. The combination of modern quality materials with preserved authentic elements creates an interior full of atmosphere. Cable television and wireless internet connection are also provided for.
Gone are the queues for the bathroom. There are 9 bedrooms, 8 of which are provided with a private bathroom. Each bedroom lies on the first en second floor except the mezzanine bedroom which lies just under the roof on the third floor.
Fancy a breakfast, lunch or dinner together? The added vast veranda will make it possible to eat and have a chat together. You may arrange the place as you like and set some tables and chairs aside.
Do you feel like stretching your legs, playing football, lazing in the sun or taking the dog out? The large private garden and terrace are at your disposal if the weather allows it.
Green seminars between colleagues are also possible thanks to the meeting room.
Although Gemmenich and Welkenraedt offer many possibilities for golf lovers. Or discover the underground world of the mine Blegny just next to Liège. Your holiday cottage is the perfect departure point for all these activities.

Een top woning !! We waren met 18vol en we hebben het naar onze zin gehad . Goed uitgeruste keuken voor een grote groep .. veel gerief , zeer proper en vriendelijke ontvangst. We kregen zelfs verse melk van de koeien ..

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gepflegte Zimmer, prima Betten und Bäder! Sehr gute Profi-Küchenausstattung, nur der E-Herd war nicht auf allen Platten leistungsfähig. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und angenehm! Wir können das Haus empfehlen, aber man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es sich um einen Milchkuhbetrieb mit den entsprechenden Gerüchen und Geräuschen handelt. Ein weiteres großes Ferienhaus grenzt direkt an und die Zuordnung der Außenbereiche war uns nicht so ganz klar.

In het Heuvelland grenzend aan Nederlands Limburg met een geweldig uitzicht een zeer mooi gerestaureerde deels vakwerk vakantiewoning als onderdeel van een melkboerderij. Gezellige indeling en mooie slaapkamers/badkamers.
