Beautiful 3-star holiday home for four guests in Plombières in the province of Liège. The holiday home is full-equipped and ideal for a weekend or midweek stay to explore the Belgian Ardennes and the surrounding areas.

This holiday home has two bedrooms with warm decor and lovely wooden beds, and private bathrooms, each with a shower and washbasin. There is a living room on the ground floor with a cable TV, a DVD player, and a lounge area. The compact kitchen has a four-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, and dishwasher. This room leads onto the communal garden with a patio, BBQ grill, and garden furniture.

During your stay on the farm, your children can have fun with the goats, chickens, and other animals. They will also be delighted by the play equipment in the garden, such as swings, a trampoline, and a sandbox. You may prefer to have a family pétanque match on the court provided for this purpose.

The holiday home is in a verdant setting near the forest and a river. You’ll find shops and restaurants in the neighbouring villages of Plombières and Sippenaeken. The tourist office and bus stop are also nearby. Approximately 20 minutes’ drive away, you can visit the Three Borders point in Vaals as well as the High Fens Nature Reserve, which is heaven for hikers.

In the heart of the Pays de Herve, in a landscape filled with orchards and meadows, lies Aubel. Besides its wonderful nature, the village also has a very interesting heritage (farms, old and luxurious houses, etc.). There are many activities on offer in the region: golf or farmer’s golf for more athletic types, shopping in Verviers for those who love more hustle and bustle, or long hikes in the beautiful Pays de Herve.

Explore the stunning countryside on a Vespa or rent a Segway and take in the Ardennes on an original form of transport. Looking for thrills? Go karting at Karting Eupen, with its brand-new circuit and the largest indoor track in the world.
