Have a fantastic holiday on the farm! This comfortable holiday home is perfect for those who love animals and nature, but also the attractions of the city. This holiday home, located in the province of Liège, in the countryside near Liège, Maastricht, and Aix-la-Chapelle, has something for everyone.
It has three bedrooms, all warmly decorated with comfortable beds, including one bunk bed. Two of the three bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a shared bathroom with a lovely bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
The bright living room contains simple but pretty furniture, including black leather sofas, a cable TV with a DVD player, a spacious dining area, and a kitchen with wood throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a four-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Basic appliances, such as a coffee maker and blender, are also provided.
The large, approximately 1,000 m² communal garden provides a spacious play area for children, with swings, a trampoline, and a pétanque court. It is worth mentioning the pleasures of being on a farm with a variety of animals?–?including goats, chickens, and dogs?–?that children will want to cuddle!
Lastly, the house has a pleasant patio with a BBQ grill, garden furniture, and a sunshade. The large private car park has space for two cars.
This 3-star holiday home is 3 km from the village of Plombières. In addition to some shops for getting your daily necessities, there is a tourist office nearby. For an enjoyable evening in a nice restaurant, head to the village of Sippenaeken. The forest, river, and bus stop are much closer at just 400 m from your holiday home.
This holiday home is also the perfect starting point for wonderful outings in the Ardennes. Hiking enthusiasts can venture off into nature and enjoy panoramic views, lovely trails, and small hamlets they will find along the way, while those who prefer going into the city can shop in cities such as Liège, Maastricht, and Aix-la-Chapelle.
Don’t miss out on a visit to the charming village of Aubel. Located in the Pays de Herve on the edge of the High Fens Nature Reserve. You’ll be surrounded by breathtaking nature there in both summer and winter. Get on your bike and explore, go hiking in the autumn, or do some cross-country skiing in the winter.

Visit the Blegny Mine. Descend into this mysterious underground world and learn about the demanding conditions in which the miners worked. You can choose to extend your visit by riding on the little train, going round the museum, and learning about the slag heap biotope.
This holiday home is on the first floor. There is another for six guests on the ground floor. You are therefore requested to the help maintain peace and quiet for all guests.

Prachtig ingericht. Ruim. Goede ligging.
Zeer mooie ligging en vriendelijke ontvangst. alles aanwezig in het verblijf wat we nodig hadden.
Zeer mooie omgeving voor wandelen en fietsen. Appartement was degelijk.
Prachtig en rustig. Te midden van de mooie natuur. De boerderij was ook erg leuk.

Fijn verblijf gehad met familie. Vriendelijke onthaal, laat uitcheck op zondag om optimaal van je weekend te kunnen genieten. Tieners waren helemaal weg van de super lieve en aanhankelijke honden. Veel wandelmogelijkheden en lekkere bistro in de buurt. De boerengolf in de buurt is een aanrader. Basic huisje met heel veel keukenmateriaal om met 7 personen comfortabel te kunnen koken en eten.
Geweldige locatie aan het kasteel, enige minpunt zijn de bedden die aan verbetering toe zijn.
De woning was comfortabeler dan we op basis van de foto’s verwacht hadden. De bedden zijn vrij hard, maar verder is het een heerlijke plek en van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en hebben genoten van de poes en de vijf border collies die ons altijd enthousiast kwamen begroeten en wilden spelen. De ligging is geweldig en een fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelen, fietsen en culturele uitstapjes.
Gîte idéalement situé en face du château de besdal. De nombreuses balades sont possible au départ du gîte. Paysages magnifiques et vallonnés. Gîte propres et bien équipé. Animaux de la ferme accessibles. Les enfants ont adoré les chiens du fermier (un plus dans notre séjour)
Fijn vakantieverblijf in de nabijheid van het kasteel van Beusdael. Echte boerderij waar je nog dieren kan kijken samen met de kids. Charmante gastheer, zeer toegankelijk.
