Very beautiful holiday home for six guests, in a peaceful setting near Plombières in the province of Liège. This is a dream spot for those who love farm holidays! In the evening, you can watch a good DVD or play board games with the family. The kitchen is well equipped with a four-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The other rooms, including the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, are spacious and clean.
Previous guests have provided great feedback on the large communal garden and its playground equipment for children, including a trampoline, swing, sandbox, and pétanque court. The fact that there are other guests staying on the farm is also said to be a plus. Get to know the farm animals: dogs, cats, goats, and chickens. They’re sure to delight your children!
This property is in a wonderful location in a verdant region suitable both for relaxation and adventure. There are excellent hiking trails nearby and the forest is just a stone’s throw away (300 m). You’ll find several shops, restaurants, the tourist office, and bus stops in the neighbouring villages of Sippenaeken, Aubel, Plombières, and Gemmenich.
Explore the Ardennes in an original way by renting a Vespa at Lou’Emoi. You could combine this with a wine tasting! Another option is to take a ride on a Segway from Segway Adventure. Our long weekend was really nice. The area is absolutely beautiful with forest areas and historic buildings, ideal for hiking, general strolling or road tripping to other towns. At the vacation home itself, there is a milk farm, the owner was very kind and allowed our kids to see how the milking process works. They also have 4 border collie dogs, in the morning the dogs would wait at the door for the kids to wake up and come and play with them, it was so cute, that was the highlight for our kids
