This village house was entirely renovated and converted into a holiday cottage. The living areas and the bedrooms have been arranged with care and the very large garden as well as the sauna will guarantee a great holiday.

The private, 4800m² garden is perfect for enjoying the neighbouring countryside without leaving your holiday house. The garden comes with a terrace and multiple children’s games (swing, slide). We waren met een mix groep van volwassenen en kinderen en hebben ons allemaal geamuseerd. De kamers waren goed en praktisch. De keuken was goed uitgerust, beter dan verwacht zelfs. Kortom, een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Een echte tegenvaller, foto's op de website stemmen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De mooie inrichting is vervangen door versleten meubilair. Trampoline is kapot, niet te gebruiken en heel gevaarlijk, dat is ons niet gemeld. Overlast van stank in het hele huis. In de keuken kastjes kapot, diepvries kapot, slecht gepoetst. Plafond met lekkageschade. Het hele huis is toe aan onderhoud.

De living was voor ons net te druk ingericht. We hadden niet echt een rustgevoel. Het toilet beneden rook onfris waardoor we telkens de toiletten boven hebben gebruikt. De tuin was magnifiek en zeer goed onderhouden. De trampoline kan niet meer gebruikt worden, wat voor ons niet echt een probleem vormde. Het aantal badkamers en ook wastafels was meer dan voldoende waardoor het klaarmaken met een grote groep zeer vlot verliep. De locatie is zeer goed op enkele minuten van het centrum van Redu.

Maison idéale pour une grande famille : grand jardin fermé (pour les jeunes enfants). Chambres bien aménagées, propreté irréprochable, accueil chaleureux... Jeux de jardin pour enfants (mais... le portique balançoires-toboggan est en mauvais état malheureusement). Intérieur réaménagé (bien réaménagé)cette année. Nous y retournerons (pour la 7ième fois) en 2026 !

De ligging was uitstekend, mooie zonnige tuin en de keukenapparatuur werkte super goed. Overall zeer tevreden, jammer van het lek van de douche naar de keuken, maar dat hebben we doorgegeven dus zal wel opgelost geraken. Dit temperde zeker niet het enthousiasme van de woning. Mooie streek om te wandelen met een super gezellig stadje.

Séjour en famille durant une semaine. Manque de propreté du gîte. Impossibilité d'utut3les deux aspirateurs car ils sont complètement bouchés à cause de la saleté. Odeurs d'égouts dans le WC du rez-de-chaussée, difficulté de gérer la température des pièces à cause des vannes thermostatiques défectueuses. Certains éviers étaient bouchés, les portes et tiroirs de la cuisine étaient grasses ainsi que certains ustensiles. Présences de petits dégâts sur certains meubles et sur les murs.

Heel heel vriendelijke ontvangst!! Huis kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken , tafel wat klein voor 14 man slechte stoelen waren niet de stoelen zoals op de foto's. Alles was in veelvoud aanwezig in de keuken, de pannen zijn wel dringend aan vervanging toe. Fijne week gehad!

Dans l'ensemble, la maison est très bien, très spacieuse ; la cuisine est très bien fournie en tout. Mais l'éclairage est insuffisant, celui de la hotte ne fonctionnait pas. Le poêle à pellets très efficace. Dommage que vu le prix les draps n'étaient pas fournis. Super jardin très grand avec une aire de pétanque ou Mölky ; le trampoline et le quicker ont fait la joie des petits. Nous avons fait 2 circuits proposés dans la documentation du gîte. Bref tout le monde a apprécié le WE.

Een leuke tuin, maar helaas had het huisje een lekkage, waardoor er water door het plafond van de keuken kwam wanneer je boven douchte. De eigenaar legt hiervoor de verantwoordelijkheid bij de huurders. De conciërge was echter zeer vriendelijk en professioneel en probeerde het probleem direct aan te pakken. De eigenaar was onvriendelijk en handelde de situatie niet correct af. Daarnaast ontvingen we onjuiste informatie van Ardennes Etape over de waarborg.

De ligging is prachtig, en een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes en wandelingen. Er zijn een paar kleine mankementen (speeltuig, picknickbanken, trampoline), maar het is gezellig zitten in de tuin. De ontvangst is heel vriendelijk.

Ruime woning met zes slaapkamers. Badkamers zijn goed in orde. Ruime tuin maar het terras eerder klein. Tuinmeubilair bestaande uit picknicktafels gaf geen frisse indruk. Accommodatie geef ik eerder drie sterren dan vier sterren.
