Located in the centre of the village of Robertville, this property is the perfect base for a stay with family or friends. With its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, you’ll want for nothing.
You’ll be charmed by this apartment for rent for six guests. It is on the first floor, above a restaurant, and has every comfort for a wonderful stay in the Ardennes.
The entrance is at the side of the building on the small patio. As you enter the property, you’ll find yourself in the corridor that leads to the various rooms. First, there is the living space with a TV room and dining room. Next, you come to the well-equipped kitchen. There are a total of three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. To ensure restful sleep, there is high-quality bedding provided in each bedroom.
At the end of the corridor, a door leads to the sauna, which can be made available free of charge on request to the owners. The apartment is perfect for lovely walks in our beautiful region.
What’s more, if you don’t feel like cooking, simply go down one floor and you are in the owner’s tavern/restaurant. There is an extensive menu and everything is very reasonably priced while also being delicious. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday (lunch time and evening).
Next to the restaurant is the ‘Babor Beauty Spa’ beauty centre where you can book an appointment for some pampering.
Robertville is very well known for its lake, which lies just a few kilometres from your holiday home. You can swim on the beach, take off on a pedalo, or just stroll around. When you are in the centre of a village, you have the advantage of everything being close-by. There is a butcher’s shop just across the street, two bakeries 100 m away, and a chip shop 30 m away.
The town of Malmedy, known for being popular with tourists, is just 10 km away.
This place is truly perfect and even has beautiful walking routes that pass near its location.

Een mooi en ruim appartement, met een eigen badkamer voor elke slaapkamer. De woonkamer was fraai aangekleed met een versierde kerstboom en een grote krans, terwijl de keuken mooi compleet was. De banken zaten goed en de bedden waren prima. Zijn er zeer tevreden over.

Zeer tevreden over het appartement. Mooi in orde, kamers met aanliggend badkamer met telkens ook een wc (want dit staat anders bij de info :)) Ook zeer goede ligging, wandelingen die 50m verder vertrekken met verschillende afstanden. Zeker een aanrader

It was a very good and complete holiday home with no disturbance from the owners and nearby people. It would get very hot at night though and there were no fans or cooling systems in place, but other than that, everything was as ideal as it could be.

Met 6 personen zeer ruim en netjes appartement. Iedere kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer en wc. De sauna was een prima extra. De eigenaars zijn goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Robertville is een perfect vertrekpunt voor wandelingen. Minpunt: Wij verbleven er tijdens het paasweekend, het drukke feestdagen weekend had als nadeel dat er 's morgens vanaf 7u geluiden waren vanuit het ondergelegen restaurant. Vanaf 18u was parkeren voor de deur onmogelijk. Waterdruk is erg laag als restaurant open is.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Tout était de qualité; l’accueil, la cuisine du restaurant situé au rez de chaussée du gîte, le gîte… tout! Parfait!

Het was een zeer ruim en zeer proper appartement. Elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer en wc. Het restaurant wat zich onder het appartement bevind serveert heel lekker eten. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk. Robertville ligt in een heel mooi wandelgebied.
