Located in Robertville, in the east of the Belgian Ardennes, this non-adjoining holiday home offers you a pleasant and relaxing stay in a quiet hamlet. Its green setting and its fenced pond are very peaceful. The garden furniture and barbecue are ideal for enjoying summer evenings or afternoons. Your children will undoubtedly appreciate the playground, equipped with a swing, slide and climbing wall. There is also a games room with a ping pong table in an annexe building.
Inside, this farmhouse is both spacious and warm. Wood is present everywhere, and an open fire adds a warm and inviting touch. This 480 m2 holiday rental can accommodate 34 people in nine bedrooms. You will also have four bathrooms and a relaxation area equipped with sauna, shower, and an exercise bike at your disposal.
There are two cots, three children's chairs, a washing machine, and tumble dryer as well.
Robertville, located just a few kilometres away from the signal of Botrange, the highest point of Belgium, will delight nature lovers. You can also go fishing or boating at the lake.

Het was een sfeervol huis maar met gebreken.

Gezellig en zeer goed gelegen huis dat prijs-kwaliteit volledig correct geprijsd is. Zoals andere klanten al getuigden hebben we ook wel geluid door het krakend hout ervaren doch geluiden zijn normaal bij groepen van +20 personen. Qua vaatwasser: het is een horeca-model, dat is even wennen maar werkt prima eenmaal je de werking begrijpt.
TRès belle maison, bien agencée et bien équipée. Les alentour sont très beaux et agréable, nous avons passé un très bon WE. Malheureusement, la maison manque d'entretien, ce qui peut avoir quelques désagréments (pas de lumière au dessus du baby foot la 1ère soirée, problème à la porte du four, odeurs dans l'entrée et l'étage )
De locatie en de grootte van het huis was erg comfortabel met zo'n grote groep. Maar hier en daar was het huis wel wat basic. Prima prijs kwaliteit, maar hou rekening met wat beperkingen.
Wij hebben een fijne midweek gehad in dit mooie huis, is aan iedereen aan te raden! Schoon en duidelijk instructie gehad.

Super mooi groot vakantiehuis.
Vakantiehuis valt zeer goed mee voor grote groep families of vrienden. Enig punt van opmerking is de werkplek in de keuken, hier mocht er wat meer ruimte zijn.
Soweit in Ordnung, mit kleinen Babys nicht ganz so empfehlenswert, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Das Bett+ der Boden knarren, davon werden die Babys wach. Sonst waren wir zufrieden.
mooi vakantiehuis met erg mooie tuin
het vakantie huis heeft meer potentie dan het nu eigenlijk is, de klimmuur voor de kids is een topper maar wel niet te gebruiken omdat er niets is van veiligheid, de schommel had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. in de woning was de houten losse en krakende vloer een wekker voor het hele gezin. De keuken is zeker en vast niet upto date voor een grote groep en dat de afwasmachine niet naar behoren werkt was ook een minpunt. De siervijver heeft ook zijn nodige aandacht nodig. kuisploeg heel vroeg
Het is een gezellige woning en een mooie omgeving. Ideaal voor grote gezinnen met kinderen.
Belle situation et beau gîte. Pas de réglage eau chaude dans les douches. Pas de fléchettes au jeu de fléchettes. 1 des douches était bouchée.
Excellent week-end entre amis. Accueil parfait. Logement tout aussi parfait. Chaudement recommender pour un week-end entre adultes
