Nieuw ingericht volledig pand als vakantiewoning in het centrum van Rochefort in een rustige straat (weliswaar lichtjes bergop maar dat was geen probleem voor ons als gepensioneerden...).. Grote ruimtes, WC op gelijkvloers en in badkamer. Erg functionele keuken (met keukeneiland, vaatwasser, microgolf, oven) met alle materialen ter beschikking. Parking voor 2 auto's voor de deur. Fijne afgewerkte grote badkamer. Fijne ontvangst en uitleg door de jonge eigenaar, met gratis bierflesjes in frigo.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning samen met familie en onze baby van 1 jaar. Het huis was netjes, comfortabel en ideaal gelegen om de streek te verkennen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we voelden ons meteen thuis. Een extra pluspunt was de eigenaar, Renaud. Hij was steeds bereikbaar, heel vriendelijk en aangenaam in contact. Je merkt dat hij het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten zich welkom voelen – en dat hebben we ook zo ervaren. Kort om: Een AANRADER!

Bij aankomst werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Hij gaf ons een uitgebreide rondleiding doorheen het huis met leuke details over de fantastische inrichting. Er was een leuke fiche gemaakt met de winkels, bakkers, restaurants,...en gaf uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. De eigenaar reageert snel bij problemen of tekorten. We hebben een aangename, rustige en ontspannende vakantie gehad door het fijne thuisgevoel.

Het vakantiehuis was kraaknet, een ware ontdekkingstocht doorheen het interieur. Met kleine kindjes let wel veel trapjes en verhoogjes in het huis. Prima ligging, dicht bij het centrum. Een heel vriendelijke host die ook tips geeft voor activiteiten. Wij hebben er een leuk verblijf opzitten. Ook het terras is fijn om ‘s avonds eentje te aperitieven. Terras is op 1ste verdiep. De ligging is ideaal om de Ardennen te ontdekken.

Nous avons passé un chouette week-end dans cette maison rénovée avec beaucoup de style et de goût. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la nouvelle terrasse avec une belle vue sur les ruines du Château Comtal et de beaux couchers de soleil. Renaud est un hôte très accueillant et de bon conseil. Nous avons apprécié en apprendre plus sur l'histoire de la maison et sa rénovation. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
