In this house you experience the dream family holiday. You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you find everything to pamper your family with delicious dishes. In the dining room, which opens onto the cozy sitting room with tv, it is very cozy sitting by the cassette fireplace. Also the second lounge, with open fireplace, is wonderful to relax with a book or a board game.
Do you like sitting in or out of the sun? With both a terrace on the south and on the north side you have the choice here! On the terrace overlooking the large garden it is lovely to have breakfast or barbecue in sunny weather. Not only your dog will enjoy himself in the garden... You can even organize your own badminton tournament there!
Close to your holiday home lies a forest. The ideal starting point for unforgettable walks or bike rides in the Ardennes natural beauty. In the rutting season your house is by the way an ideal base to experience the spectacular bellowing of the deer. With the family the town Rochefort is a fun outing in the immediate surroundings. Also nearby you can visit the Domain of the Caves of Han. There you can of course descend into the famous caves, formed by the Lesse. But you can also admire local wildlife (deer, fallow deer, wild boars, etc.) and even impressive predators such as wolves, lynxes and brown bears. Together with the children you will be amazed here!
Close to your holiday home lies the castle of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne. An outing where not only the children will have a great time! The Grotto of Lorette is sometimes considered the little brother of the Caves of Han. 60 meters underground awaits you a fascinating underground spectacle, including a spectacular sound and light show.

Voor ons heeft dit huis alles wat we nodig hebben: grote inkomhal (makkelijk voor schoenen en jassen weg te steken), 2 aparte livings, grote open en gerieflijke keuken, terras met prachtig uitzicht, oplader voor elektrische wagen in de buurt, comfortabele bedden. Winkels en bakker zijn op 8 km gelegen. De 2 badkamers zijn wat gedateerd maar boven is er een nieuwe, grote inloopdouche geïnstalleerd. Die beneden hopelijk binnenkort ook?! Wij komen terug!

Das historische Fachwerkhaus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet dabei modernen Komfort. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die bequemen Betten, der Kamin und die große Terrasse mit Blick in die Landschaft der Ardennen.

Fijn, gezellig vakantiehuis met moderne toch charmante aankleding. Met ruim terras en grote tuin met mooi uitzicht. Enkel jammer dat de tuin niet volledig afgesloten is, daar wij hier waren met onze hond en dit wel zo aangegeven stond.

Het is een charmant huis, prachtige ligging en uitzicht. tuin volledig afgesloten voor de hond. Mooi terras(meubelen zijn evt aan vervanging toe), goede BBQ. Praktische keuken met aparte berging. 2 badkamers, slaapkamers voldoende groot en veel berging. Apart hok voor 2 fietsen en de vuilbakken. Voldoende parkeerplaats(3 auto's). Zij-ingang naarde tuin. Heerlijk vakantiehuis. Zeer mooie en goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedden zijn erg goed. Mooie grote tuin, helaas niet helemaal perfect afgesloten, maar doordat de draad die de doorgang naar het weiland afsluit, lijkt op stroomdraad, waardoor de hond niet eruit durfde te gaan. Mooie omgeving, overal staan wel bordjes 'prive' maar daar hebben niet naar gekeken.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk, stond altijd klaar. Ligging van het huis is perfect voor diegene die van rust houden. Zeer mooie streek ook om te wandelen/fietsen,… Wij hebben er een leuke week opzitten. Zouden zeker nog eens terug willen komen!

Zeer fijn weekend gehad. Huis was proper en heel ruim, Heel veel bergruimte in de slaapkamers. Zeer rustig gelegen. Op terras is het gezellig vertoeven. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en spreekt goed Nederlands. Oppassen met de wandelingen in het bos. Grote delen van bos zijn privé terrein en niet altijd even duidelijk aangeduid. Soms staat het gewoon op boom geschilderd en kijk je er overheen. Boze, arrogante eigenaar tegen gekomen. Nochtans waren we op een aangegeven wandelroute :(

Maison charmante et agréable avec toutes les commodités (cuisine super équipée, salon confortable, salle à manger agréable, terrasse au soleil, chambres grandes et lits très confortables, salles de bain nickel…). De plus, le contact avec les propriétaires était très appréciable, on a pu entendre le brame du cerf à quelques centaines de mètres du gîte grâce à leurs conseils). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Mooi en ruim ingericht vakantiehuis. Rustig gelegen in het groen met prachtig uitzicht. Keuken prima ingericht en uitgerust. Beide badkamers zijn gedateerd maar netjes. Beide zijn voorzien van een ligbad waarin je kan douchen (aparte douches zijn er niet). Matrassen liggen prima. Vloeren boven en trap kraken als je er over gaat.

Wij hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad in dit goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. Wij verbleven er samen met onze volwassen kinderen die er ook naar hun zin hadden. Het huis is mooi ingericht, heel gezellig met een heel mooie tuin met prachtig uitzicht. Gelegen op een 10tal minuten van Rochefort. Zeker een aanrader.

We hebben een zeer fijne vakantie achter de rug. Het is het best uitgeruste huisje dat we ooit al hebben gehuurd. Zeer rustig, zeer net, zalig om in de tuin onder de boom tot rust te komen. Ligging is formidabel en wat een prachtig uitzicht op het landschap, met de grazende koeien op de achtergrond. We hadden een klein probleempje in het huisje maar na contact met de eigenaar werd dit zeer snel opgelost. Het geeft een geruststellend gevoel dat je iemand kan bereiken in zo’n geval. Top vakantie.

Zeer aangenaam huis, met smaak ingericht. Goed ingerichte keuken, goede bedden. Echter wel een lek in de badkamer boven; dit werd een jaar geleden al aangekaart, maar is er duidelijk nog. Mooie grote tuin, leuk terras. TV zou echter wel van iets betere kwaliteit mogen zijn.
