Saint-Hubert is a popular tourist destination in the Ardennes. Many visitors come every year to discover its basilica, its abbey palace and to enjoy the hiking trails nearby. Add a little variety with a horseback ride at the Stable of the Islands or a bike ride by renting your equipment at Cycle Sport. In the Ardennes, you can also explore the natural settings underground, as in the Caves of Han, which offer an impressive sight. Finally, for a nice family outing, head to the Wildlife Park for a walk in the forest to see the typical animals of the region. Très bien situé et équipé, jardin très agréable, facilité de parking, confortable, une bonne bouteille à l’arrivée. Attention à la route fréquentée par des sauvages au volant malgré que ce soit un village au calme. Nous aurions aimé disposer d’une farde avec les infos utiles concernant l’électroménager, les déchets, les bonnes adresses resto ou commerces recommandés. Nous nous y sommes très bien senti. Merci !

Op zich een mooi huis alleen is er veel overlast door de hond van de buren aan de overkant. Ligt aan een weg waar elk minuut wel auto of auto's langsrijden. Dit geeft in de woning geluidsoverlast. Tuin is ruim en mooi. Huis is schoon.

Wat hebben wij genoten in dit heerlijke huisje in Awenne, nabij St. Hubert. Erg gastvrij ontvangen en het contact met de eigenaren was prima. Het huisje voldeed aan alle verwachtingen én meer. En dan de tuin; zo groot en zo mooi, heerlijk! Erg genoten! Aanrader!

We hadden een zeer fijne vakantie in de chalet in Awenne. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. De chalet heeft een supermooie en grote tuin. Dit was voor ons een droom. De netheid kon in onze ogen iets beter. Hier en daar nog serieuze spinnenwebben. De kachel en vooral de BBQ waren niet proper. Maar het huisje, het weer en de streek heeft dit meer dan goed gemaakt.

Het vakantiehuis was een topper. Gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving. De huisbaas is langsgeweest voor de kennismaking en was duidelijk en heel vriendelijk. De bedden lagen goed en de badkamer was zeer mooi en nieuw met een superdouche. De schapen die je smorgens komen begroeten aan de draad is een pluspunt. In de ijskast stond een welkomstfles Rosé wijn wat we natuurlijk konden appreciëren. Er was ook gedacht aan paaseitjes en paasversiering om dit paasweekend extra in de bloemen te zetten.

La maison est très bien située dans un cadre paisible qui amène à la détente et permet de pouvoir profiter au calme, toutes les installations nécessaires était disponibles afin de asser un super séjour, je remercie les propriétaires pour leur contact chaleureux que ça soit par téléphone ou lors de notre arrivée à la maison, je recommande ce logement aux personnes qui souhaite pouvoir se déconnecter du quotidien car on s'y sent vraiment bien!

Wat een rust en wat een fijne tuin. Onze dochter genoot van de speeltoestellen, en wij van het terras en het uitzicht. Vriendelijke eigenaren, keuken en badkamer prima in orde. Slaapkamer beneden erg comfortabel. Enig puntje is dat de slaapkamer boven erg warm werd (het was in deze week tussen de 26 en 31 graden) en het lastig afkoelde. Maar dat is dan ook het enige. Tip voor de vleesliefhebbers, er zit een zeer goede slager op 15 min: Boucherie Magerotte Rochefort

We werden verwelkomd met een flesje wijn en chocolade eitjes. Het huisje ligt in een heel rustige straat en de living geeft uit op een grote mooie tuin. Ideaal als je rust en stilte zoekt. Alles was pico bello: ook de matras van het 2- persoons bed was voor ons perfect. Je kan er prachtige wandelingen maken in de buurt, vooral in Mirwart dat vlakbij ligt.
