Everything was thought up so that everyone feels like home thanks to, among others, a well-equipped and functional kitchen. While the some of the guests will prepare the dinner, the children will enjoy the playroom with table football table and even a bar. You will then share a delicious meal in the convivial atmosphere of the dining room. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom where the rural atmosphere was also preserved. In summer, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful garden with terrace and barbecue.
Sainte-Ode in the province of Luxembourg is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts since several hiking trails are available in the region as well as exceptional natural sites. If you wish to discover the region in an original way, head to Écurie des Îles and enjoy a horse ride. Réservation avec des jeunes d une institution dans le cadre du weekend end Nuts… gîte rustique mais confortable rénove dans l esprit ardennais… propriétaire accueillant… tout ce qu il faut là où il faut… peut être isoler la porte de la salle à manger qui donne accès dans le garage mais c est un détail… pour le prochain we Nuts je ne chercherai pas un autre logement… nous y avons trouvé notre confort

Die Optik und Lage des Hauses haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Preislich lag es definitiv am oberen Ende. Insbesondere, wenn man die Ausstattung der Küche und des Badezimmers berücksichtigt. Was uns am meisten schockiert hat, ist dass der Gastgeber sichtlich unwillens war mit uns zu kommunizieren. Die Sprachbarriere schien zu hoch. Meine Frau und ich sprechen Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und kaum Französisch. Der Gastgeber hat nicht nicht einmal versucht auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Schlecht!

Enorm prettig verblijf gehad. Paar minimale verbeterpunten, zoals te weinig bestek en pannen. Ook een normale douche zou een enorme verrijking zijn. Contact met de eigenaar is heel prettig. Heel vriendelijk en benaderbaar.

Charmant huis in de sfeer van de omgeving. Niet geschikt voor lange mensen, gezien de erg lage deuropeningen en weinig ruimte op de trap. Fijne tuin en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. In de keuken ontbreekt het aan afdoende bestek en er zijn geen soepborden. Een stofzuiger op tussendoor te gebruiken was handig geweest.

Het huis wordt geadverteerd 'oud met karakter'. Men doet er goed aan de omschrijvingen te lezen voor het boeken. Er zijn veel lage plafonds en doorgangen, een smalle, steile trap en veel krakende vloerplanken. De woonkamer stinkt naar rook, is donker en heeft slechte verlichting. De keuken is niet volledig ingericht (maar 4 messen voor een 6-persoons huis) en er is geen instructieboekje met bijv. wifi-code en handleidingen. De prijs is duur in verhouding tot het comfort. Geen aanrader dus.

Het spijt ons te horen dat bepaalde aspecten van het huis niet helemaal aan uw verwachtingen hebben voldaan. De accommodaties die wij aanbieden zijn allemaal uniek, en dit huis in het bijzonder valt vaak in de smaak door zijn authenticiteit en oude karakter – elementen die inderdaad specifieke kenmerken met zich mee kunnen brengen, zoals lage plafonds, smalle trappen of oude vloeren. Uw opmerkingen over de uitrusting, de lichtinval en de praktische informatie zijn zeer waardevol. Ze zullen de eigenaar in staat stellen de nodige aanpassingen door te voeren om het comfort van toekomstige vakantiegangers te verbeteren. We hopen u bij een volgend verblijf opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen in een huis dat nog beter aan uw verwachtingen voldoet.

Het was een leuk huisje mooi verzorgd,maar de tv kon beter ,was bijna geen ontvangst. In de keuken was het ook gezellig enkel dat het electrisch vuur aan vernieuwing toe is ,ook kook materiaal,zoals pannen en ketels te weinig. Je bent toch met 6 personen. Kinderbedje was aanwezig zonder matras. Maar het ligt in een mooie streek en zijn leuke wandelingen in de buurt. We hebben toch genoten.

Nous avons remonté tous ces griefs au proprio, dans l'espoir d'une réaction pour les suivants , notamment chaudière ( isolation bruit ) plancher ( ? ) et TV , nous sommes compréhensifs , mais je suis certain que beaucoup de gens ne laisseraient pas passer sans compensation....

La maison présente un caractère rustique qu'il faut pouvoir apprécier. Les faibles ouvertures et les points lumineux ne permettent pas de faire entre la lumière dans les pièces de vie. La vaisselle, le baby-foot et le mobilier de jardin mériteraient un bon rafraichissement voire un remplacement. Il se dégage de ces remarques un certaine sentiment de laisser-aller. Pourtant, le gîte présente quelques points forts : un beau grand jardin, une situation au calme et des sanitaires impeccables.

Het is een karakteristiek huis in een mooie omgeving. De tuin was goed onderhouden en veilig voor de hond. Helaas word er al in 2023 aangegeven dat het bestek en servies aan vervanging toe is en vies in de kast staat. Niets aan gedaan dus. Ook de badkamer heeft wat ons betreft een update nodig. Geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen.
