Located in the province of Namur, this village house has a perfect location for a relaxing holiday without being too far from the city’s amenities. On the ground floor, you will find the main living areas, which include a large living room to relax, watch TV or listen to music, a dining room with a wood-burning stove for warm and cosy meals, a perfect kitchen equipped with several appliances such as a grill stone, a laundry room, a bathroom and two separate toilets. One of the best spaces on this floor is, without a doubt, the wellness area with its infrared cabin for up to five people, where you can spend some sweet relaxing moments. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with six bedrooms, as well as a quiet reading room with a sofa bed for two people. There is also a shower room and a bathroom. Outside, you will find a lovely private garden with a terrace and a private parking area.
During your stay in Somme-Leuze, you should not miss visiting the village of Mohiville. Séjour exceptionnel, la maison était au-delà de nos espérances. Superbes balades à faire dans la région et nous avons eu de la chance avec un temps très lumineux et gelé ce qui a rendu les paysages magnifiques. Quant à la maison, décorée avec goût et grands espaces . De plus la cuisine est super équipée pour un grand groupe, vaisselle en suffisance Bref adresse à retenir.

Mooi huis - we waren met 13 personen waarvan 12 personen 18+ waren en 1 < 3 jaar. Dit is wel het maximum wat in het huis past. Alle voorzieningen in het huis waren ruim voldoende - keuken gerei, planchette, badkamers/toiletten.

Een ruime gerieflijke, goed onderhouden en ingericht woning met alle nodige voorzieningen voor een aangenaam en rustig verblijf, vriendelijke en correcte eigenaars. Geschikt zowel voor een groep vrienden als voor ouders met jonge kinderen. Enige nadeel is dat je geen bakker of beenhouwer vind op loopafstand.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L’accueil a été très chaleureux dès notre arrivée. La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour un grand groupe, nous étions 13 et chacun avait son espace. Elle est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Alles in orde. Best met maximum 13 personen. Indien 15, slapen er 2 op een ligzetel waar je door dient te gaan om naar 3 andere kamers te gaan. Keuken alles wat je nodig hebt, maar niet heel groot om met veel tegelijk bezig te zijn.

Erg mooi en verzorgd huis. Ideaal voor grote groepen. Eigenaren zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam . Wij vonden 2 kleine min puntjes. 1. Afval moest gescheiden worden maar was onduidelijk . 2. Eigenaren praten alleen Frans wat de communicatie soms wat moeilijk maakt .

Heel groot en gezellig huis om met 2 gezinnen met al grotere kinderen en een peuter te vertoeven. Ruimte zat, ieder heeft zijn plaatsje in de zetel om de avonden gezellig en knus door te komen. Leuk dat het beddengoed voorradig is en meer of voldoende huisraad aanwezig. Badkamers zijn niet zo praktisch als je groot bent. Goede ligging om vanuit het huisje leuke wandelingen te maken of niet ver weg met de auto knusse plaatsen te bezoeken zoals Durbuy en het Domein van Chevetogne. Genoten!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ...une maison typique très agréable et chaleureuse! Yout le confort y était! vaisselle en quantité! La pièce séjour est assez grande, lumineuse, super agréable . Tout extrêmement propre!!! Gite très bien équipé! Très grand barbecue! Nous aurions cependant apprécié que le jardin soit entièrement cloturé pour la sécurité des efts et du chien. Accueil impeccable! Merci! Nous reviendrons, ça c'est sûr! Belles balades à faire, le sauna est un plus également!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre ami·es. Le gîte est bien équipé et confortable pour accueillir 15 personnes. Le plus de la convivialité, c'est le salon dans lequel nous avons pû tous et toutes nous asseoir ! Minuscule point un peu "négatif" même si cela avait été signalé à notre arrivée, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres. La propriétaire est très accueillante et n'a pas hésitez à nous donner des conseils durant notre séjour.

Chouette maison de vacances mais parfaite pour 3 couples et des enfants... Pas plus d adultes au niveau des chambre. Par contre, le reste du gîte est parfaitement équipé et adapté a un grand nombre de personnes. Accueil chaleureux et maison très propre et bien équipée
