This 3 star new building located in a small village of the province of Namur (Belgium). A beautiful setting for your stay! This holiday cottage benefits from modern decoration, dynamic colours and light wood finishes. And its living areas are quite bright and most convivial. The living and sitting rooms on the ground floor are perfect to relax and share convivial moments together. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room share an open area, which will allow the whole group to be gathered together. In the living room, a French window opens onto the terrace, bringing nature right into the house. As far as the bedrooms are concerned, the house may accommodate up to 6 persons. 4 persons will share the 2 bedrooms and 2 extra persons will also be able to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed is to be found upstairs, which means that no guest will have to sleep in the living room! All the bedrooms are then to be found upstairs, as well as the bathroom. The garden is also beautiful in all seasons and is also equipped with with a swing, a barbecue and garden furniture.
The village of Somme-Leuze is ideally located in the Ardennes. It lies in the heart of nature and is located near original tourist points, such as the Ferme de la Bourgade where you may play farm golf. The town of Durbuy, the so-called ‘smallest town in the world’ is a ten minutes’ drive away. Een aangenaam verblijf in een mooie omgeving. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Alles erop en eraan in de woning
We zijn zeer goed ontvangen met snoepjes en wijn, na melding van kapot koffieapparaat heeft de eigenaar een nieuwe gebracht
Excellente maison de vacances dans une rue calme, avec beau jardin bien isolé et clôturé, lit un peu mous mais rien à dire sur le reste. L'accueil était très sympathique, le gite est bien équipé. A 5 minutes de Marche-En-Famenne, 10 minutes de Durbuy. A recommander !

Leuk huis in een mooi regio.
Leuk huisje. Alles aanwezig. Leuke details in de decoratie. Tuin is mooi afgezet. Plaats voorzien om auto te parkeren. Leuke tuin met terras waar je tot rust komt. Enige minpuntje is dat er geen wandelingen starten dicht bij het huisje.

Prima verblijf gehad in compleet huis.
Het is een compleet huis geschikt voor een langer verblijf. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken. Complimenten voor de leuke , verzorgde en toch neutrale inrichting van het huis. Veel binnen gezeten vanwege de koude periode maar buiten hoor je de autoweg . De omgeving is aantrekkelijk om te fietsen en te wandelen.

zeer goede ontvangst . mooi huisje. enig minpuntje misschien , de koffiezet is zeer traag. en de bedden kraken nogal. voor het overige alles prima in orde.
Net compleet ingericht huis…met heerlijke tuin
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Fijn, ruim huis met een zonnige, ruime omheinde tuin. In ons geval ideaal voor de hond!!! Alles was netjes en in orde en voor vragen kon je makkelijk de eigenaars benaderen. Top vakantie
Persoonlijk vindt ik het niet grschikt voor 6 personen. 2 slaapkamers En het zetel Ed staat op de overlook waar iedereen moet passeren voor maar de badkamer te gaan.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très bien entretenue, beaucoup d'idées pratiques par un propriétaire très bon bricoleur ! les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques, le fait qu'ils habitent la maison voisine est pratique en cas de soucis ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Hartelijke ontvangst met de nodige rondleiding en uitleg van de eigenares. Gelegen in een rustige straat niet ver rijden van Marche-En-Famenne. Goed onderhouden huis met alle benodigdheden aanwezig, aangenaam terras in de tuin, 2 toiletten en een mooie goedwerkende instapdouche.
