This 3-star farmhouse is located in a small village a few kilometres from Spa in the province of Liège. The holiday home will ensure you have a comfortable stay in the Ardennes. The authentic character of the farmhouse has been preserved while providing optimal comfort for seven to nine guests.

You’ll discover a very cosy vibe within this holiday home. The large living room has been furnished so that everyone can enjoy a delicious apéritif or a movie. The living room contains a TV, DVD player, radio-CD player, and a double sofa bed. The veranda lets you enjoy the (winter) sun in the Ardennes. A dryer is also available on-site.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and functional, making meal prep super easy. Everything is provided: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric knife, Senseo coffee machine, soup blender, coffee machine, juicer, raclette…
Three bedrooms are available, each with room for two or three guests. There is a TV in each bedroom. The two bathrooms have a bath or shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer. There are separate toilets on each floor. Each bedroom has been furnished to ensure that you have a pleasant night’s sleep in this holiday home.
Children will enjoy the garden games and the swing. Please note that the garden is not fully enclosed. So it’s best to keep an eye on the children. Enjoy the beautiful view from the patio together as you fire up the BBQ grill.
The Domain of Bérinzenne is just eight minutes from the holiday home. It is an estate with beautiful walks and RAVeL routes through the Fagne de Malchamp, with barbecue spots, picnic tables, ponds, and more. You’ll have a breathtaking view from the top of the Bérinzenne towers. Remember to visit the Forest and Water Museum.

Voor onze samenstelling (2 grootouders en een gezinnetje met 3 kinderen) een fantastisch verblijf voor de herfstvakantie. Het hang- en sluitwerk mag wel wat aandacht, maar de mogelijkheden maakten veel goed. Wat een heerlijke ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten. De keuken is volledig ingericht (borden, bestek, kookgerei) en de aparte eetkamer en salon geven veel vrijheid. Verrassend was de deur tussen de twee slaapkamers. Daar konden we wel om lachen. Voor iedereen speelgoed en spelletjes aanwezig.
