Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Mooie woning ideaal voor ons om met de hond uit te rusten. Woning was keurig gepoetst bij aankomst. Onmiddellijk een goed gevoel. Woning is rustig gelegen niet zo ver van Spa. Géronstère en Berinzinne zijn niet ver weg. Een aanrader. Tuin mooi omheind voor de hond.

Zeer vriendelijk en hartelijk onthaal van de gastvrouw en gastheer. Mooi en zeer netjes onderhouden vakantiewoning met zeer veel comfort om een fijn verblijf te hebben. Alles aanwezig zowel binnen als buiten de woning. Mooie decoratie, aandacht voor details, rustige ligging en toch dichtbij centrum van Spa. Het terras en de tuin zijn mooi aangelegd en onderhouden om ook buiten te eten en te genieten. Wij komen zeker terug !

Fijne vakantiewoning dicht bij centrum Spa en toch rustig gelegen . Fijne verhuurders die ernaast wonen ; Alles in het huisje is proper en net , alles aanwezig . Wandelingen volop in de buurt en er vertrekt ook een vlakbij . Een echte aanrader .In de zomer is het huisje koel ; In de winter is er centrale verwarming .Geen negative opmerkingen .

Net huisje met omheinde tuin voor de hond. Huisje is van alles voorzien, nette eigenaren die je graag ontvangen en te woord staan. Maar ook willen helpen als er iets is. Vanuit het huisje kan je verschillende kanten op om te wandelen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet, zudem gibt es einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich mit Terrasse und entsprechenden Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Die Lage ist ruhig am Rande von Spa. Für uns war das ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Mooi goed ingericht huisje, alle comfort, zeer goed onderhouden. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Huisje heel goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen. We kwamen dit jaar voor de vijfde keer. We hopen nog minstens 5 keer van dit huisje te mogen genieten.

Propriétaires accueillants, à notre écoute et discrets. Gîte très bien situé dans un clos, au calme. Balades au départ du gîte. Et nombreuses randos au départ du domaine de Bérinzenne à 6 km du gîte. Météo ensoleillée, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre petit jardin privé qui comporte table, chaises, fauteuils, transats. Terrasse en bois. Gîte vivement recommandé.

Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit car endroit très calme, coin très beau. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires également. Des personnes trés agréable. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par des snacks, une bouteille de rosée, chips, ... Nous reviendrons !

Het vakantiehuisje is een annex van het huis van de verhuurders (bijzonder aardig koppel). Het is gelegen in een rustige cul de sac en heeft een ruime, fijne tuin. Het vakantiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het centrum en daarmee supermarkten e.d. zijn op slechts enkele minuten afstand rijden, evenals meerdere wandelroutes. Een prettige verblijfs- en uitvalsbasis voor een gezin met jonge kinderen

Het vakantiehuis was ideaal voor 2 personen. De ligging was perfect, heel rustig gelegen. Je had wel de auto nodig voor boodschappen en uitstappen, maar dat stoorde niet. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en woonden naast de deur wat makkelijk was voor de sleutels.

Warm ontvangst, net huisje, lekkere tuin voor de hond waar hij zeker kon spelen. Omheining voor mijn grote hond was prima. Als je tot rust wilt komen kan je hier prima verblijven. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving. Na het wandelen een heerlijk warm bad, hoe mooi kan je vakantie zijn? Ik kom zeker volgend jaar terug om nog meer wandelingen te maken.

Wij werden zeer goed verwelkomd door de familie. Een zeer positief en warm koppel die zeer veel moeite deden om een mooie uitleg in het Nederlands te geven van het verblijf. Ideaal geschikt voor wie een hondje heeft. De eigenaars antwoorden op al onze minieme vragen en waren gastvriendelijk. Eveneens drongen de eigenaars zich niet aan ons op wat zeer positief werd ervaren niettegenstaande het de buren waren. Kortom een aanrader voor wie Spa wil verkennen.

Alles prima verlopen, mooie liggen en tof huisje. Juist de omheining in de tuin is op een plaats echt wel aan de lage kant, niet onbelangrijk voor hondenbaasjes. Dit was het enige minpunt, voor de rest alles tip top in orde!! Eigenaars waren ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Heel fijn huis op een hele goede locatie. Ontvangst was gastvrij en men denkt echt mee. Ik had me in de data vergist bij het boeken en er werd echt met me meegedacht. Ze waren zeer flexibel met aankomst en vertrek tijden. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Zeer goede ontvangst door de eigenaars. Zeer behulpzaam bij het oplossen van problemen. Het heeft ons zo goed bevallen dat we reeds voor het paasweekend geboekt hebben.
